13 Cullen Reaction and talk

As the Cullen family ran back to their house they could hear the distant screams of pain that came from Jack and his group as Damon tortured them before finally killing them.

" How did you know he wanted us to leave Rosalie?"

"I can hear what he is saying in my head, I think it is because of our bond."

" Now that's very interesting," says Carlisle

"Rosalie what the hell was that thing!?" shouts Edward

" Don't call him a thing again Edward." Rosalie answers a voice laced with anger

" look at you already so protective of your mate, are you still our resident ice queen?" A teasing voice asks

" Alice stop teasing Rosalie."

" While I'm happy your happy Rosalie are we just going g to ignore the fact that all this is his fault?" asks Jasper

" He didn't do it on purpose," answers Rosalie

" Does that really matter, the point is his actions have put this family in danger what's to say he won't do it again?"

" He won't."

" How can you be sure of that?"

" Because I'm here and he won't hurt me in any way."

As they were talking they finally reached their house even as the lower floor was ruined by the fight that took place here earlier the house was still in good shape.

As they entered the house and looked around you could see Esme's facial expression turn to one of sadness as she looks at the house she designed damaged. Carlisle seemingly noticing his mate's sadness says to her.

" Don't worry dear you can remake even better now, just look at this as a chance to do so."

" So Rosalie where's your mate?"

" He will be here soon."

" Are you sure it took him more than a year after the forming of the mate bond for him to finally find you and from the looks of it, it seems that he just came to clean up his mess?"

" Oh is that what you think?" A voice asks catching all of their attention as they hurriedly turn around to the direction it came from just to spot a man standing in the middle of the broken glass window.

That man of course was Damon looking at the Cullen family standing before him Damon's bright red eyes shone with annoyance.

just thinking of all the trouble being close to them will cause him makes him annoyed. but knowing he has no choice but to accept it he sighs. resigning himself to his fate.

To think he came to this world with full intent on enjoying his new life to the fullest and in the past year that is exactly what he has done but it seems that end now.

' I really had a fun year with jasmine but with all that going to happen with the Cullens it seems like my fun times are going to be on pause for a while, I mean I could just take Rosalie leaving them to deal with their own problems but that would make her sad in the long run, but there is Rosalie and I'm sure if we are together we can have some fun times anywhere even if I have to help them deal with their problems.'

As Damon come out of his thoughts he sees the Cullens are still looking at him with vigilance all except Rosalie as even if she has not seen him in this form the bond between them is still present letting her know that he is her mate or the wolf she saw before, confused he realizes that they have never met in this form and him just appearing out of nowhere without them being able to track him is cause for them to be cautious.

" Hey, I'm Damon nice to meet you all."

He says them in a calm voice.

" May I ask why are you here Damon?"

" Nothing much just checking up on the blonde beauty standing there," Damon says to them while pointing to Rosalie

" So Damon that your name," asks Rosalie

" Yeah, so what yours ?" he asks back pretending not to know her name already.

" It's Rosalie."

"Rosalie you know him?" asks Esme

" Of course he's my mate."

"Oh" they managed to say in unison

" As she said I'm her mate and she is mine, as you've already learned my name care to tell all of yours?"

" my name is Alice, I'm sure we'll be great friends."

" I'm Jasper, nice to meet you."

" My name is Edward."

"I'm Emmett."

"I'm Edythe nice to meet you."

" I'm Carlisle the leader of this coven and this is Esme, my partner." He says pointing to the woman next to him.

"What are by the way I mean aren't you a little too big to be a shifter and you don't smell like them either."

"Oh, good question but what makes you think I'll tell you so easily."

"Well, becau....."

"Ahhhhhhhhh" Carlisle didn't even get to finish his sentence when Edward cried out and fell to the ground clutching his head between his hands.

"Edward!!!!!" Voices of concern echo as everyone except Damon rushes to the fallen vampire in worry.

"You guys should really train him better, I mean not everyone's as nice as I am letting him off for trying to look into my head."

Hearing Damon a look of understanding Flashes through their eyes as they have all been victims of Edwards snooping at one point or another.

"I'm sorry about that I will make sure it doesn't happen again," says Carlisle

"Okay, anyway I'm what you would call a werewolf and a shifter like your group of neighbors but even in the werewolf group I'm still very much special."

"Werewolf, what the difference between werewolves and the shapeshifters?"

"Differences well, werewolves are usually alone or with one other member typically a member of the opposite gender, and they are stronger than vampires when they transform, they are also immune to your venom and can only transform under the full moon."

"Stronger than us by how much? how have we never heard of them before?"

"By how much I'm not sure but if the fight is one versus one then they could kill you the only reason you would win is that they lose all rationality when they transform but then it would still be a hard fight as they are immune to your venom, as for why you never hear about them it simple apparently one had a run-in with a member of the group that rules over you vampires and nearly killed said vampire causing them to fear werewolves which led to them hunting them down and killing them when they could not transform."

"I'm guessing you're stronger than the average werewolf, can you tell me by how much?"

"Let's put it like this even in my weakest form which I'm currently in even if all the vampires in the world attacked me I would survive and kill them all."
