Anthony's pov 

"I'm no longer begging you but as your mother I'm commanding you ".she was now sounding angry .

"Don't be a drama queen mom"

She felt hurt by my words and quickly left left my small office I have at home .

I realized my statement may have hurt her and I couldn't concentrate anymore .

I left my office and went to her room ,she wasn't there .I checked the kitchen but she wasn't there .I was about checking her room again before I saw her coming from the store room.she avoided me and kept on walking to her room .

I followed her to room and sat besides her .

"Sorry mom"

She ignored me and kept on pressing her phone .

"I know I've changed a lot mom ,but I'm trying my best ".I told her .

"She really did destroy you ".mom finally spoke .

"She didn't destroy me mom "

"She did ".she sounded angry .

"Mom can we please end this topic".

"Fine"

"Dress up we are going for the movies".

"I'm no longer going".she sounded angry

"I'm sorry mom "

"I've been the one begging you to go out with me ,but you refused ,claiming you are busy with work ".

"I'm now free mom ,can we go ?".

She was quiet for some minutes before standing up and smilling around .

"I'll go get changed then "she told me .

Gosh the woman  is a drama queen .I thought to myself before leaving her room .

We went to the closet cinema in town.mom chossed a movie and I bought the tickets .

"Let's get some popcorn ".she told me .

We were buying some popcorn when I heard mom voice 

"We meet again oli".

I look around and saw beautiful Olivia standing in  front of me .she look shock seeing me and Mom there.

She walk closer to us and give Mom a genuine smile .

"Nice to see you again ma'am"

"Stop calling me ma'am ,you no longer work for me ".

Olivia gave her a weak smile before getting her popcorn.she was about leaving when Mom held her hands .I look at mom and noticed she wasn't pleased to see olivia

"I heard you now work for my son "

"That's correct"

"Why must it be our company among all the companies here ".mom was sounding angry.

"It was a concidence"

"I don't think so "

"Mom can we please stop this ,the movie is about to start "

Mom gave me an angry look before walking away .I look at Olivia and noticed her expression was calm .I walk away from her and followed mom into the threatre.

We sat down and was about to watch the movie when I saw oli walking in .few eyes turn around to look at her and I became extremely jealous .

We lock eyes with each other but she quickly look away .

She sat at the front in front of me and started eating her popcorn .I kept on staring at her back and was easily distracted .

"Can you at least focus on the movie"mom was sounding irritated.

I look away from olivia and started watching the movie .the movie was a two hours movie before it came to an end .after the movie ended,mom quickly left her seat and walk to the exit .I followed her and went to the exit.

I was about asking her what the problem was,before I saw Olivia walking towards us.

"I was waiting for you "

"Any problem ma'am". Olivia asked 

"I don't want you to hurt my son anymore"

"I don't get you ma'am" 

"Stop acting dumb ,you knew what you did .you destroyed his life five years ago and now you are here to start from where you stopped.

"I did not do anything ma'am"

"Oh yes you did Olivia.stay away from my son .

"Stop this mom ".I shouted 

"Stay out of this Tony ".

Mom walk closer to olivia and gave a a death look .

"I lost my son because of you ,and I will never forgive you for that ".

I look at olivia and noticed she wasn't calm this time

"I will appreciate it if you will stop arguing me".oliva was now sounding angry .

"I loved you ,but what did you do ?you torn my family apart.

"Why are you acting like your son is the only victim here,I was also a victim". olivia was now shouting.

"I see you have grown some wings now "

"Excuse me ma'am I don't wanna argue with you about this .

"I just want you to live my son's life ".

"I have nothing to do with your son anymore .what we had died five years ago ,he is just my boss and nothing else .so you have nothing to worry about".

She left us after saying those words .I became really angry after hearing what she said.those that mean she doesn't have any feelings for me left .mom noticed my discomfort and held my hands 

"It's finyd son ,let's go home "

I held her hands and we walk out of the cinema .
