Imperial fighter pilots and mechs were able to barely get out of the area by putting the ships into automatic mode. Advancing was not an option, they would be destroyed as soon as they left the area.

When the Amophis fired on the empire's warships, the battle seemed to turn to the Hellenic side, but it was only a mirage. It was a delay, but the real invasion began in the underground tunnels.
