"You are still so feisty, don't tell me you couldn't even recognize me? " said the voice sarcastically.

"Is that how you wake a pregnant woman?" I said not hiding my discontent with his act.

"Nah, sorry didn't mean to do that," he said, sounding even more sarcastic.

"And I will love to argue with you, but we are in a kind of messy situation" he continued not giving me a chance to reply to his first statement.

"I know, but why are we here," I asked unsure of his intentions.

"we'll have to stay in here for a while," he said, with a solemn look on his face.

"But it's dangerous, don't we have another choice," I asked, I know that we don't have much of a choice but it's still worth trying.

"Forget about your mom, that demon king is surely after me.

And am sure he will surely find out about this, and when that happens he won't let me or you go" he said sounding even more broken.

"What did you do," I asked, though I have a general idea, it still felt good confirming from the source.

"I refused Lilith," he said sounding sad.

"Let's go," I said holding his hands and dragging him towards the dark-colored area.
