10 Journey: Heart Kingdom

It has been a few days since Nacht started his journey. He didn't know the storm he had created back at the headquarters. Everyone was working overdrive there, fearing their Lord and Savior Shadow would leave them if they didn't work hard.
The majority of the people in Shadow Garden were picked up as rags, like hidden gems in a coal mine. In the original canon, they were fated to either die or live a miserable life.
But now, what Nacht created was genuinely terrifying. He gave these people an opportunity to live like they had always dreamt of.
The diamonds in the rough, with the polishing and training from the Spades, and their devotion to Shadow, began to shine brightly. They started training in different fields, not only combat. As many of them still weren't blessed by an abundance of Mana.
From maintaining business to managing subordinates, the members of shadow garden trained in various fields to gradually infiltrate and become more influential.
The new test given by Shadow only increased their devotion.
Ignorant of everything, one boy was just humming away while traversing through mountains with ease.
Nacht has searched through the Forsaken Realm for some potential candidates. He found a few people, but nothing noteworthy. Nacht carried a communication device with him so he could ping Omicron to open a portal to him in case he needed anything.
Now our dumb fuck protagonist wasn't even going to take that. He was hell-bent on going commando in this journey, just like they show on the adventure shows.
After sending those people to the Headquarters through the portal, Nacht decided to visit the Heart Kingdom just for fun. Another dumb decision, as in the Heart Kingdom resides Undine, one of the superior water spirits.

"Oi, You just need to be in my shadows; you won't be discovered at all," Nacht said with a con-artist smile

Spirit powers and devil powers naturally contrast each other, so they are always considered an enemy of one another.
Devils are considered enemies of mankind, and spirits are considered blessings. A person's status can automatically rise if one manages to make a contract with a spirit familiar.
Nacht going to Heart kingdom is the dumbest thing he could do. He could be branded as a devil worshipper and get his Identity exposed. If this happens, he will be considered an enemy of both Heart and Clover Kingdom with a kill on sight order.
But he still thinks he is special and wants to try his luck in the Heart Kingdom. Maybe something better comes from it?
Thinking of these thoughts, Nacht enters the Forbidden Mana Area, a forbidden natural border for the three nations where there is always a magic storm violently brewing at all times. Even many experienced mages avoid traversing this natural border.
Nacht, had some problems traversing through the storm, but he had a trump card. "Slotos, bind."
Nacht's second devil, Slotos, gives him immense physical and magical resistance. Although it could be better if he had a grimoire, it was enough for him to traverse through Mana Region.
While Nacht was tickling his innards by a whole fucking mana storm, things were peaceful inside the Heart Kingdom. This Kingdom was more peaceful and prosperous than the Clover Kingdom.
Part of it was that there wasn't any racism in the Heart Kingdom as in the Clover Kingdom. Every citizen here was decent enough with the use of the Mana Method technique.
Most of the greenery and prosperity was the blessing of the Water Spirit, Undine, who has been protecting this Kingdom since its genesis.
She can detect crime, as the whole Kingdom is encapsulated inside her Mana Zone. This Zone always stays active, and she takes the Mana of her contractor, the Queen, to maintain it.
Right now, the Queen is only three years old. Her mother or the previous Queen died just after childbirth. It was because of the conflict with the spade kingdom. The Kingdom was invading the nearby spaces, and the refugees that continued to escape the Spade Kingdom were piling up.
Although most of them died because of the Magic Region in between, some did manage to get through there. Because of this, many elite teams of Spade Kingdom were sent to either capture or kill the refugees.
The Queen of Heart Kingdom, being kind-hearted, swore to protect them. But in a conflict three years ago, she got gravely injured while she was pregnant. It was just due to Undine's blessings that she could hang on till childbirth.
And so, because of this, the water spirit acted as a regent to the Crown till the heir, Lolopechka, came of age and was ready to rule.
Right now, she was playing with Princess Lolopechka inside the Castle when she sensed someone enter her Mana Zone. Yes, Lolopechka had an immense amount of Mana in her but still was a child, so Undine could activate a weak form of Mana Zone just to detect the intruders of the country.
Usually, she could see the live feed from anywhere in the Kingdom. Still, now, with a weaker version of Mana Zone, she only gets a ping when anyone enters through the magic storm.
"Hahaha, Undine, I caught you!"
"Hmh~ I just let you catch me" (This signal is from the Clover Kingdom's border, and this Mana this person has... It's as pure as me) Undine thought as she replied to little Lolopechka to not worry her.
"Let's play more," the little princess said to her.
"No, not now; it's time for you to go to bed!" (I need to meet this person, I hope he will be able to help us in the current circumstances.)
Spirits judge humans by their purity of Mana, so naturally, Nacht got the best score. But he didn't know that even if he revealed his Devils, this evaluation wouldn't decrease.
Devils naturally have chaos or evil as their signature of magic. But when these devils formed a contract with Nacht, who got some unknown blessing from the past life. These negative elements were changed into 'menacing' or just 'scary,' which is dangerous but not evil.
So if Undine didn't sense malice in the Mana of the devils, she wouldn't hate them. She will just be scared or cautious in front of them because of their new nature.

[A/N: Lolopechka's parents weren't described in the canon so I made this lore that looks generally believable. As for one of the Nacht's devils poll that I did, I have decided that I will not create a new character, instead I will successfully bind him with Lucifugus (The devil that killed his family). That devil's power wasn't explained so it's a free real estate]
