The beginning of the worst day of my life

I think it was the worst day of my life. I had a fight, I was robbed, then robbed again. I almost fell under the car and into the cold river. But I won't get ahead. Let's go in order.

It all started in the morning. I was quietly eating my breakfast until my mother started talking about today's test.

"You'll get the highest grade, right?"

"I'll try to write it well," I replied.

"No, you won't try, you'll write better than anyone else," she said and looked at me with a stern look.

It always gave me goosebumps. But over time, over the years, fear turned into irritation.

"I'm so tired of this," I thought. "Why can't it all end? Why are these stupid assessments so important to her?"

I didn't finish my tea, took my bag from the floor, and went to the door.

"Don't let me down," she said sternly.

She didn't care that I didn't even eat breakfast normally. All she worried about were stupid numbers. And what else could one expect from a mathematics teacher.

Hi. My name is Akain. I am in the third year of high school. If you characterize me, then I am an absolutely ordinary girl. There is nothing interesting about me. I have an ordinary appearance, an ordinary brain, an ordinary life. I have no unusual hobbies or skills. I am living an absolutely miserable and boring life. I have no fans at school, boys are not interested in me, and even girls don't want to be friends with me. I have absolutely no friends and generally no one who cares about me at least a little. Either they need me for something or I am not needed at all. Most often, this is the second option.

For a long time, while sitting in the classroom, I always start to think about what is the meaning of life. Of my life. But I never came to anything really meaningful.

It was an ordinary day. I was sitting at my desk by the window, rested on my notebook, and started thinking again. The lesson was already drawing to a close. I drew beautiful long eyes in a notebook. They were as sharp and piercing as the fangs of a wolf.

The lesson ended, but somehow I didn't even notice.

"What are you drawing there, eh, Akain?" someone asked me with a mocking tone.

I turned around. It was Lida. Lida is one of those people whom you most dislike in anime. The same disgusting character who pokes his nose everywhere and constantly incurs universal hatred and disgust on herself. She had dark hair, dark eyes, freckles, large cheeks, and a small face. She was not very tall and seemed to want to constantly rise above everyone.

"None of your business," I said in a cold voice.

"Oh, look here," she said and pointed to my notebook. "Are you an artist? She's drawing something again." She pointed to my drawing. "Look, a new Van Gogh is born!" She said and abruptly tore the notebook out of my hands.

She and two other girls began to twirl my notebook and look through all the pages.

"How tired I am of all this," I said and dropped my forehead on the desk.

I didn't have any strength to run around the class and try to snatch my notebook out of their hands. I lay on the desk with my eyes closed until I heard what made my heart skip a beat.

"Oh, what is written in the corner? I love you ....," said one of the girls.

As soon as she began to utter this phrase, I immediately jumped up and rushed to their bunch.

"Give me my notebook immediately!" I shouted and clung to my notebook.

"Not at any price!" she shouted and began to pull the notebook over herself. "Look at the name! Name! Whom does she love!"

"It is impossible!" said Lida. "You are pulling this notebook so hard that I can not see anything."

"Then stop standing there! Help me!" Rita shouted, continuing to pull on my notebook.

At that moment Anna, a red-haired girl of medium height, threw her whole body at me.

"Keep her behind," Anna shouted.

Lida ran to my back and grabbed me by the waist. I was ready to tear my notebook to shreds and continued to squeeze it tightly.

"No! No!" I shouted. "I won't give it to you!"

I started tearing up the pages that were in my hand. At that moment, Lida and Anna finally moved me from my place and my notebook was torn in two.

"No…. No…. No!" I shouted.

"Now we'll see who our aloof Akain is into," Rita said.

I looked her up and down. This leggy brunette with green snake eyes seemed to be completely poisonous. I couldn't let her look in my notebook. Anxiety and fear are mixed in my soul. I wanted to die of shame. I didn't want anyone to see something that I was hiding so deep in my soul. I was afraid of it with all my heart.

"Eh, we need to find that page again," Rita said in a calm voice.

"Hey, don't jump," Lida said in a thick, nasty voice and pulled my arms, which were crossed behind my back.

"So?" Anna asked.

"So. First, there were the eyes of the wolf, then another cloud of all kinds of eyes. Then there was a blank page. I'll definitely find it now," Rita continued.

The flame of hatred in my soul raged so hard that I could not stand still. I was on fire.

"Don't you dare!" I shouted and jumped with all my strength to Lida's feet.

She screamed in pain and fell, nearly knocking me down with her body. Anna, seeing what happened, wanted to pounce on me. But it was too late. I kicked her in the stomach with all my foolishness. Bending over and holding her stomach with both hands, she fell to her knees. She was out of breath.

Rita froze in place. She didn't expect me to be able to get out of the hands of her two friends.

"Uh… this," she began to stutter. "If you do not like it, I will give you your notebook. Just tell me. We didn't mean to offend you. Just ... just joking".

I did not utter a single sound, went up to her, and punched her right in the face.

The notebook fell from her hands. She began to sob. The teacher entered the class with our class president. The class froze. And me too.
