12 The Dinner

In the basement

"Haha! How is it? Did you like the show?" Smiled Li Weixiang. But it wasn't your regular smile. It was a mocking smile with a tinge of schadenferuede.

Hu Jiaohua shuddered "B.. brother Li, have mercy!"

Li Weixiang rolled his eyes and snorted "Who the h*ll is your brother? i don't know any ungrateful b*tch in my life! I helped your business when you are poor and this is how you treat me?! Hmph! I bet you used your body to bribe Yang Qiao, right?"

Yang Qiao immediately said "Yes.. that b*tch bribed me! So could you spare me this time, brother Li?"

Li Weixiang just laughed at their catfight. He then grabbed a spirit cage from his dimensional storage ring. It was a spiritual artifact that could store animals inside, similar to the golden lasso from the Extra Utilities 2 mod inside Eldritch Shop System.

He gave the spirit cage to one of his men. "Tie them up and feed the spirit beast inside with those trashes!" Said Li Weixiang while he walked away.

Soon the basement filled with blood and screams of the two of them.

Even though George said that, but he couldn't help but to worry about his safety. He never thought that there would be a genocide inside the basement of Li's Residence.

The maid that's leading him to the dinner table didn't do anything suspicious, so he relaxed a little bit.

When he came to the dinner table, he saw a lot of dishes arranged beautifully on the table. He also saw the madam and her daughters chatting while sitting in the chairs.

Seeing George coming to the table, the madam immediately said "Brother Ma, just come here and sit! My husband will come back in a moment."

"Ahaha.. yes." He sat down awkwardly and then Madam Li suddenly said "Let's just talk about how you and my husband meet while we wait?"

"Well then.. " George told her how he met Li Weixiang and how Li Weixiang met and how he covered his breast and crotch area while talking to him.

All of them laughed when they heard George's story. "Haha.. And did you know? he asked me to make an oath because he is scared that i'll grope him."

Madam Li laughed so much that she teared up a little. While she wiped her tears, she said "My husband is really like that. He's a rather shy person."

Really?! I want to tell them about shirako, but it's kinda inappropriate. What'd happen if they lost their appetite.

"Shh..." George hissed "If your husband knows that i talked about him, he'll get mad! Wait.. There's someone coming to this room in five.. four.. three... two.. one!"

Even though they chat happily, George watched the mini map warily. He saw that someone from the basement went up to here. It was Li Weixiang.

When Li Weixiang came, all of them is quiet. It was.. very strange. "Why are all of you quiet all of the sudden? I heard that you guys laughed out so loud even when i'm at the basement i could hear them."

George replied "Haha.. nothing. I'm just telling your daughters and your wife about the bottomless cliff."

Li Weixiang smiled without knowing that they laughed at him. "Well then.. Let's start eating! If it's cold, it wouldn't be delicious anymore."

With the arrival of Li Weixiang, George doesn't have any choice but to move from the place he sit. In the ancient times, while eating, a man must sits with other man, while a female sit with each other.

While they ate dinners, Li Weixiang suddenly said "Brother Ma, tomorrow let's go do some sightseeing! We could also find a land for your shop."

"Oh yeah! Regarding the shop, I'd to go to search for a materials in another realm. Would you like to go with me? If you want, you could invite anyone." Replied George.

Li Weixiang's eyes brightened up by that words. "Really? When will the realm opened up?"

"Well.. I could open them anytime i want."

"Hmm.. Let's go to there when your shop is ready! By the way are you an elixir master in your past life?" Said Li Weixiang while he rubbed his chin in confusion.

George replied "Actually it's not an elixir. It's a potion. It's similar to elixir, i think. These potion that i'll sell is different than those elixir that you know. It's made from the knowledge of the westerners! So the effect is much different than regular elixirs. There's a lot of potions, for example there is a waterbreathing potion, Night vision potion and many more."

"So it's not an elixir, but a potions? No wonder they felt different than the regular elixir! Their effect seems good too! I'd definetly buy some from you.."

They finished the dinner while they talk about random things like when they are inside the bottomless cliff.

After they ate, Li Weixiang opened a wine. George only drunk a little, because he don't like the taste of a rice wine.

He thought for a moment, before he shrugged it off. "It wasn't my business anyway."
