The Haunting Elevator Encounter

After finishing his late-night emergency shift, a doctor was preparing to head home. As he approached the elevator, he noticed a nurse and decided to ride the elevator together to go downstairs. However, when they reached the first floor, the elevator didn't stop and continued descending. When they reached B3, the doors opened, and a little girl appeared before them. She had her head lowered and said she wanted to take the elevator.

Alarmed, the doctor quickly closed the elevator doors. The nurse looked puzzled and asked, "Why didn't you let her in?" The doctor replied, "B3 is the morgue of our hospital. They tie a red ribbon on the right hand of each deceased person. She had a red ribbon on her right hand, just like they do." Upon hearing this, the nurse slowly extended her right hand and, with a sinister smile, said, "Like this red string, you mean?"
