Mysterious Sensations at the Study Desk

A friend from the Philippines who came to study in Canada shared a small house with his mother while pursuing his education. His study desk was positioned in the corner of his room next to a window. He was a dedicated student, but shortly after moving into the house, he began feeling a persistent, gentle tapping sensation on his neck whenever he sat down to study.

Initially, he dismissed it as heightened sensitivity, not paying much attention. However, as time went on, this peculiar sensation persisted. Every time he sat at his desk, he would feel something lightly touching his neck. Strangely, the sensation would vanish as soon as he moved away from the desk.

He decided to confide in his mother about this unnerving experience. His mother consulted a fortune-teller who informed them that many unseen entities could be captured by a camera. The fortune-teller suggested taking a photo the next time the sensation occurred, hoping it would unravel the mystery.

With mixed beliefs, the friend returned to his study desk. It wasn't long before he felt that gentle touch on his neck again. His mother hastily took a photo and rushed to a nearby photography studio for developing. When they received the photo, both of them turned pale in shock. The image captured beside their friend was of a pair of legs hanging in mid-air. It became clear that the sensation their friend had been feeling was the swaying legs of a person who had hanged themselves, lightly brushing against his neck.
