DROWN IN HELL

"With you, the red light will eventually turn green" ===== As she looked into his eyes, those deep dark irises, eyes that seemed to look into her very soul. That smirk that screamed 'danger'. She shuddered, feeling cold sweat drench her shirt "What's wrong?" his magnetic voice sounded with almost inhuman dexterity, he held her by the waist. "Stay-stay back, don't touch me!" her voice was shaking, almost breaking into a shout, but was actually a whimper. She slipped into his arms, heart pounding, eyes darting. Feeling complicated, a mixture of reluctance and pleasure. His chiseled face leaned into her hair, noise sniffing greedily. Her hair stood on end with nervousness, seeing the sharp fangs at the edges of his reddish pink lips. "Now you can be mine forever" 'No' she thought, but couldn't bring herself to speak. She gradually closed her eyes in despair. "I won't kill you, you're to beautiful for that" seeing her disposition, the man was amused. Vera opened her eyes in bewilderment and confusion. Mustering her courage and will, she managed yo squeeze out one word. "Why?" Her imagination ran wild, doubts began to form and dissipate at astonishing speeds. She hated when she wasn't aware of the situation. Soon her fear became anger, and anger gave way to rage. "So you kidnapped me and made me feel like a piece of shit for nothing?" The man smiled widely, and her fear returned. {CREDIT TO THE OWNER OF THE COVER From Pinterest}∆∆

Trouble

In a fancy restaurant, vera sat on the table waiting patiently for her friend she was supposed to see here. She looked around the restaurant, trying to kill time when a lady dressed in a dark blue mini V-neck long lace dress walked in showing off her beautifully exposed curves. Her loosened blonde curly hair loosened, falling down to her butt as her mesmerizing long lashes with a black eyes followed suit, matching up her wear. She was beautiful with her full complete shape and her brightened smile that can make one's heart flutter.

"Vera..." She extended her arms, cat walking to vera's table. At the call of her name, vera stood up, rushing to embrace her friend whom she has missed for a months now.

"Ayla..." Vera hugged her tightly, inhaling her fine perfume scent, coupled with the hair hair pungent that scents like shampoo.

"What took you so long?" Vera asked softly, breaking their embrace. The walked together to their table and sat down.

"Am so sorry! Something came up that I had to handle urgently" She said in an apologizing look.

"That's okay. For a minute, I taught you weren't going to show up" Vera spoke warmly, with a smile on her lips.

"Oh no...why would I want to do that" she rolled her eyes dramatically, with a reassuring tone, placing her napkin on her lap.

"Welcome to the Aviary's miss. How can we be of service" A waitress asked gently, pouting her full lips that was covered in a pink lip gloss. Her hands at her back with one hand holding a menu.

"We would like a wine for now. Chilled vignerons with ice please" she ordered with a smile.

"At your service miss. Please excuse me" she bowed and left.

"So how's everything? How's life?" her attention was settled in vera once again.

"*sigh*...It's really terrible" Vera replied honestly. She wouldn't deny that she needed to explain this to someone who can understand her much better and Ayla was the one.

"What's going on vee. It's obvious you are stressed and have been over thinking alot. Mind to share your problem" she asked in concern.

"It's a long story Ayla" vera said with a closed eyes.

"Then try making it short cause its really eating you deep without you knowing" she said worriedly, cupping her hands with vera's.

Taking a deep breath, she spoke.

"I will be getting engaged..." Vera announced in a whisper.

"WHAT??!" she shrieked, looking confused.

"Calm down Ayla" Vera said, trying to calm her down.

"When? I mean, how? How did it happen" she bombarded her with questions.

"Listen Ayla. I will be getting married 'by chance', understand?" she stressed the by chance, to make her understand each word she stressed.

"How did this happen?" Just as vera was about to answer, the waitress came in with a rolled trolley of two cups of wines, together with 3 course of different wines, removing it from the tray slowly to the table.

"Enjoy! Excuse me" She bowed, glanced at the two of them and left. Ayla hurriedly took a sip of her wine, before dropping it back on the table.

"Angie found me" Vera began, as she received a wide eyes from Ayla.

"How?" she asked curiously.

"That I don't know" Vera said, looking at her drink.

"What does that woman want cause I am very certain that the Black won't come unannounced without a reason" She spoke irritably.

"To make a deal" Vera replied with a clenched fist.

"What kind of deal" Ayla asked.

"A contract marriage where the engagement party would take place a day after tomorrow" vera said briefly, not missing a single word.

"Why? How does she even know he would accept you"

"I don't know" vera said.

"To whom, if I may ask" Ayla asked, taking another sip of her wine.

"Scott Johnson"

"Hmm??..." She spoke under her drink, looking at her with a raised brow.

"Which Scott Johnson are you talking about?" she added.

"Which other Scott Johnson are they in this world?"

"Well..." she rubbed her chin trying to remember.

"...only the world famous Scott Johnson in the business industry I taught about" she answered, taking another sip of her drink.

"Who else than the Scott Johnson you know..."

"Cough..cough..cough.." Ayla choked her drink, trying to catch her breath as vera rushed hurriedly in circle and handed her a glass of water offered by a waitress.

In a hast, she grabbed the water and gulped it, before breathing in roughly. She wiped her mouth the the napkin and handed the empty glass to vera.

"SCOTT JOHNSON??! THE FAMOUS SCOTT JOHNSON?! YOU ARE GETTING ENGAGED TO SCOTT JOHNSON!??" She spat out loud, startling other people who was either drinking as the drink spilled on their clothes due to her high voice or the people who was about to eat and got stained by the food poured on their cloth. Their gazes were locked on Ayla, at the mention of Scott's name.

"Hehehe...please don't mind her. She meant CUT MORE MEAT?" You are so stupid vera. she screamed inside her head knowing fully well the excuse was silly but what could she do. She couldn't make a fuss here, at least, not now when her deal hasn't gone any half way. She looked at the dumfounded Ayla still in shock and spoke.

"Ayla...outside, now!" she muttered under her teeth, and left in a hast, as she noticed someone was about to bring out a phone.

Vera waited for Ayla outside, who still hasn't showed up but came out in less than 5 minutes.

"What was the meaning of that Ayla, huh? Do you want to get me into trouble?" Vera said harshly, giving her a fierce look.

"Am...am sorry, I-I didn't mean to...create a fuss in there...am so sorry" she spoke in a low voice, trying to fight the urge of breaking down.

"Its okay Ayla.." Vera patted her shoulder lightly "You really scared me in there. I taught I was going to loose you" she said in doubt and concern.

"Yes, you nearly killed me. Didn't you see that I was drinking" she teased, coughing on her handkerchief.

"Am sorry, I had no idea it was going to result to that" Vera responded in regret.

"Yes...you really have a lot to talk to me about Vera Clowdson. Get into the car" she said, walking into the black parked Jeep car as vera followed in.
