DROWN IN HELL

"With you, the red light will eventually turn green" ===== As she looked into his eyes, those deep dark irises, eyes that seemed to look into her very soul. That smirk that screamed 'danger'. She shuddered, feeling cold sweat drench her shirt "What's wrong?" his magnetic voice sounded with almost inhuman dexterity, he held her by the waist. "Stay-stay back, don't touch me!" her voice was shaking, almost breaking into a shout, but was actually a whimper. She slipped into his arms, heart pounding, eyes darting. Feeling complicated, a mixture of reluctance and pleasure. His chiseled face leaned into her hair, noise sniffing greedily. Her hair stood on end with nervousness, seeing the sharp fangs at the edges of his reddish pink lips. "Now you can be mine forever" 'No' she thought, but couldn't bring herself to speak. She gradually closed her eyes in despair. "I won't kill you, you're to beautiful for that" seeing her disposition, the man was amused. Vera opened her eyes in bewilderment and confusion. Mustering her courage and will, she managed yo squeeze out one word. "Why?" Her imagination ran wild, doubts began to form and dissipate at astonishing speeds. She hated when she wasn't aware of the situation. Soon her fear became anger, and anger gave way to rage. "So you kidnapped me and made me feel like a piece of shit for nothing?" The man smiled widely, and her fear returned. {CREDIT TO THE OWNER OF THE COVER From Pinterest}∆∆

No pain...

"That can wait. I have things to handle on ground and it comes in sequence to what I have arranged. Every thing is planned diva." she convinced her with a reassuring smile.

"But what if things doesn't go as planned angie. What if the planned mission doesn't succeed and it rotates to the opposite way. You are clearly not seeing my point of view" Diva said, standing up from the sofa, walking in circle around angie.

"Every body has a different ideologies of his or her point of view" Angie simply stated.

"Angie, can't you read the bold handwriting on the wall. There is 'what if's' in every plan you plot" Diva said, putting on an ugly face.

"If plan A doesn't work out, there is always a plan B when it comes to the Black's" she boasted.

Angie scoffed, folding her arms over her chest "Come to think of it, if the heir is given to you, the contractor, and coincidentally, the Johnson's figure out before you do, what will then happen to us if vera reveals the deal" Diva said, sounding a bit nervous and calculative.

"She won't" Angie said certainly without no doubt.

"Don't be to sure angie" Diva warned with a scowl in her face.

"...and to think that vera would be married to a man of high class, really bother me. She would be centered in the realm of richness" Diva added, feeling angry and jealous.

"It is just for a limited amount of time. Remember the saying, no pain...no gain" Angie concluded with a smile, an evil expression there after as diva surrendered with a sigh.

Inside a conference room...

"Mr Johnson, I don't think our company will be able to hand off our shares to you now that the business is crumbling in no time" An old man said, seated in between two lawyers as they both nodded in agreement to what their boss said.

"That's the reason why your company needs ours, in terms of managing your business, so that, as you said earlier, won't crumble in any time" Scott replied in matter-of-fact way.

"Mr Johnson, you and I know that if we sign this agreement, the company will officially be under your name" The first lawyer said in disapproval.

"Yes...that's right" Scott replied quickly, leaning forward on the swindle chair, with an intertwined fingers.

"Your company will be under my control, and the management of shares and fund will be also directed to me as stated in the contract earlier" Scott replied calmly, taking turns to look at them one after the other.

"We shareholders can only be forced to give up or sell their shades of the articles of association or some sort of contractual agreement" The other said angrily

"I am aware, Mr Leonard"

"We are sorry to disappoint you but we are still standing on the conclusion that we cannot give up our shares to your company" The first lawyer said, as Leonard remained silent.

"And what made you think that I am not in a contractual agreement" Scott broke the silence, speaking calmly.

"We are not, Mr Scott, selling our shares to you in any way" Leonard said firmly, standing up from his chair.

"This marks the end of our meeting. Farewell then" Leonard spoke in a hurry.

"Not so quick Leonard!" Scott said, stopping them from taking another step further. He clapped his hands lightly, as one of his men came in, handing him a file in its folder.

"Here..." he threw the file on the desk, crossing his legs gracefully, while leaning backwards waiting for their reactions.

Leonard's eyes widened the instant he reviewed the documents.

"H-how did you...how did you get this?" He stammered continuously, with his eyes locked to the files on his hands. Curiously, the two lawyers collected some other the files he flung, giving the same reaction.

"This is where the fun starts" scott muttered, cracking his 5 fingers each at once.

"What do you say to my offer Leonard" An evil smirk curved on his face, while staring at the three men in front of him.

"You scumbag!! How dare you access my personal data, huh?" He blurted fiercely, looking at scott like he was ready to pounce on him anytime soon.

"There is no contractual agreement in association with your personal data, I decided to play a game and now...the game has just started" Scott declared, with an evil smile.

"I will NEVER let you have the shares, let alone cease me from being a memeber of my.own.company." He spoke firmly.

"Hmm...let me think" Scott rubbed his chin lightly, faking a contemplating face.

"How about we make our own agreement" Scott said, returning to his cold self.

"I will forfeit this evidence I have against you and clear your name from the list of suspect but in a condition that you sign a contract, complete and submit a stock transfer form along with the execution of the share transfer deeds duly signed by the transferor and transferee" Scott said.

"Or you reject my offer and your company will face crippling fines, and each individual accused of false accounting will end up facing a lengthy prison sentence. The choice is yours, Leonard Antonio" he ended his long talk with a livid face. His demeanor was calm as the sea breeze.

Leonard taught for a while. He and his lawyers were whispering to each other, contemplating whether to accept the offer or not.

After some minutes, he spoke "Give me five days to discuss this with the board of directors and other members to come to a conclusion on this matter." He offered.

"No! You have less than 24 hours to give me a suitable reply or else, I have a surprise that am pretty sure you will love and ask for more" Scott spoke firmly, rather harsh nor calm.

"24.hours."
