EPISODE 298; THE RUPTURING: THE HOUSE OF SOARING LION TURTLES PART II: FAMILIARIZING ONESELF WITH THE OCEAN'S DEPTHS PART I; SUB AQUATIC SIGHT

Saito and Ariel prepared to activate the Sagittarius System. They had spent some time familiarizing themselves with the Village's Resources by merging the Sagittarius System with the Capricorn System. They realized that their people were not quite as primitive as they initially feared having managed to colonize the Depths Of The Oceans however they could also see how the Weaver Of Calamity was assaulting them by altering their Aquatic Environment and sending his Sea Serpents to scout for them. Up until the present moment, it didn't appear as though they had been discovered.

Saito and Ariel decided to inhabit two Energy Scientists named Jeannette and Marina respectively. Jeannette and Marina were sisters and were currently the topmost scientists in Energy Research within the Soaring Lion Turtle House.

It all began in similar manner as I had made contact with Joseph. Jeannette and Marina awakened from sleep that day wondering what research topic to further within their Peristylium. As they freshened up, they noticed Ariel and Saito's reflections in their Mirrors where their own Reflections were supposed to be. They were very startled until Saito and Ariel slowly explained things to them. Emerald IV who had foreseen the assault by the Weaver Of Calamity's forces and had helped the Villagers reactivate the Islands' Diving Functionalities repeatedly informed them that when their House faced its darkest day, the Guardians of the House would appear. Jeannette and Marina decided to consult with Emerald VIII regarding this issue. Emerald VIII was very excited.

"My mother told me all about the legends" she said excitedly.

"It appears we'll have to locate the Mountain Of Olympus. We have no idea where it is" Saito informed Ariel.

"It appears so" Ariel said.

"We'll have to extend our House's Recon abilities. While we do that, we'll also need to shield our House from the Weaver Of Calamity's Sea Serpent Scouts. We might also need to activate our Islands' Weapon Systems. There is a lot to do but first let us work on dividing up the tasks. Jeannette, Marina, you'll need to split up your Research Team into Three Teams to study the aforementioned subjects" Saito instructed.

"I'll assemble a Fourth Team to study the polluted Ocean Waters. We may be able to curb the wide spread of the antagonistic species draining the Ocean's Oxygen" Ariel suggested.

"For now, I intend to study the Recon Capabilities Of The Islands. Let's split up for now. We'll meet up later" Saito said.

Thus Jeannette (Saito's Vessel) and Marina (Ariel's Vessel) temporarily parted ways. Jeannette walked into the Recon Facilities where she noticed the Monitors displaying several Towers within the Oceans.

"Towers? What are these for?" Saito asked.

"They are Sound Generators and Sound Amplifiers that map out the Ocean through the Theory Of Ocean Wave Resistance" Jeannette explained.

"Ocean Wave Resistance huh?" Saito began to catch sight of what Jeannette meant.

"Yeah, they generate Sounds at Frequencies either higher or lower than what most Ocean Life…especially the Echolocating Species can perceive. This is to avoid interfering with the Habits Of Ocean Life and to avoid disrupting the Echolocation Abilities of some of the Marine Life which they utilize for Hunting. Each Sound Frequency has a Unique Penetration Power" Jeannette said.

"Unique Penetration Power?" Saito asked though she already had an idea of what Jeannette was getting at.

"It's a kind of Depth all Sounds have. Depending on the Frequency Of Sound, some Sounds may penetrate deeper or shallower into the Depths Of The Structural Mass of any Body" Jeannette explained.

"I see" Saito said.

"The Unique Penetration Power Of The Sounds we generate work along with the Mass, Density and Pressure Of The Ocean Depths to generate a Conceptual Perspective Of The Ocean Waves and Currents via a Feedback Loop. Basically, as the Sounds flow through the Ocean, there is resistance via the Density Of The Ocean at each Depth. This resistance generates an Echo which is picked up by the Towers. All Bodies in the Ocean depending on their Masses also generate unique Echoes that have unique Pitches by Virtue Of The Hardness or Softness Of The Body the Sounds make contact with. All of these are captured by the Towers which sort out the Various Resistances of the Ocean Currents as well as the Bodies within them. The Values obtained from the measurements are then converted into Graphical Representations Of The Positions Of Each Object in Relation To The Flow Of The Ocean Waves. It's a bit more complicated than I'm making it sound but that's the basic summary" Jeannette explained.

"Wow, what can I say, you girls have really figured this thing out. In that case we'll just need to focus on expanding the range of the Recon Facilities to create an Omnidirectional View Of The Regions the Islands navigate. We'll need to be able to detect the Weaver Of Calamity's Sea Serpent Scouts before they can detect us" Saito said.

"Whenever his Scouts are in the Ocean, the Ocean Waves generate a lot of Chaotic Turbulence. Basically, his Army is very noisy but without the ability to perceive Waves, it's as though they are absolutely silent, hidden in plain sight. Basically, it's difficult to sense his Army without Extra-Sensory Perception" Jeannette explained.

"Well it seems like you've got that part covered" Saito said.

"When his Army is close, we shut down all Energy Generation Facilities as well as all the Lights and activate only the Life Support Systems. The Depths Of The Ocean are pretty Dark without the Energy Generation Facilities. We are all but completely masked from the Weaver Of Calamity's Forces" Jeannette said.

"The only reason you haven't been discovered yet is because the greater portion of the Weaver Of Calamity's Recon Forces are of an Aerial Nature. That kind of advantage won't last for long if the Weaver Of Calamity decides to spawn Recon Forces Of A Marine Nature" Saito explained.

"Then we'll need to hurry things up. Perhaps we should check up on our sisters" Jeannette said.

"Perhaps we should" Saito said.
