The ex girlfriend
It feels like Haruka is over complimenting her a lot these days.
Usually, that's a sign for him acting suspiciously. However, she already confirmed the reason for his odd behavior. It worried him that his ex-girlfriend would bother her. When Lila first heard about it, it did bother her slightly. But, only for so long. How many women has she encountered already? Women who have said they have this type of relationship with Haruka? She's already lost count so many times. One or two appearing makes no difference anymore. Haruka already has a child with one of these women too.
That woman has kept quiet for a while now. Lila, however, is keeping a close eye on her still, just in case she causes a fuss. The real problems for her are Sophia, Aizawa Mei and ...maybe this new woman too? Either way, having so many love rivals is mentally draining. Now she understands how Kiryu felt before. Having all these people liking the same guy, it's like they are in a drama or something.
