Team Training! (I)

"Hear me out, guys." Stone said as he looked in the direction of the loud sound and started moving towards it.

"I'm pretty sure we're way stronger than the boss, even Individually, But, don't use your full strength. This here is where we'll train our Team Work." Stone continued.

"Bosses usually have more endurance meaning higher stamina, and we'll use just that to lengthen the battle.

"We'll focus on each other. Like, each one of us focuses on the others' weak points, wrong movements. Mistakes in general, we should also beware of ambushes by hidden Entities like the ones I currently sense all around us, As well as, focus on the enemy which in this case is the boss, Including the hidden beasts I talked about.

"Remember, We must use every opportunity.

"Our goal is to stretch this fight for hours to understand each other and train our mindset to not only focus on one thing while there is other important stuff that might change the whole battle.

"This will be our first training as a team so this will be it, As we discover more and more things to focus on, We'll change our way of training." Stone finally finished talking and it was just in time as they finally reached the entity which let out the loud Voice.

"Roger!" The 2 said in unison, Then Spike walked up next to Stone and said.

"Stone, shouldn't we use this opportunity to learn more techniques or basic skills?"

"Oh yes! Good Idea, we'll do that, There are still some basic skills which we should learn." Stone replied.

"Anyways, It's time to focus on our training." Stone said as he unsheathed his blade.

"Roger!" The 3 of them then looked at the Huge Beast sitting on a throne right in front of them.

It had a Great Sword right next to it.

"Hu... Mans!!! Kill!" The Beast shouted yet again, but this time, it got up from its throne, took its Great Sword, and...

*Crack* *Crack* *Boom*

Dashed!

"Disperse." Stone said silently and calmly.

*Boom* *Boom* *Boom*

Stone attacked the Beast head-on, Spike went Right, and Stella Left.

"Grraaaaaaaaa!"

*Swishhhh* *Clank* *Doom*

*Fwshhh* *Tap*

The Two of them clashed only once and got sent away by the shockwave.

'Not too weak, Just as I expected! without skills, I can fight with it for a long time. Pretty good, Just enough for our training.' Stone thought.

The Beast was angry that a mere small creature was able to not only stop its attack but even send it away.

Thus, It dashed yet again with even more force trying to obliterate him with a single strike.

But, It forgot that there were 3 such creatures.

*Boom* *Boom*

Spike and Stella dashed towards 2 pillars and there they waited for the right moment to strike.

"Grr?"

*Slash* *Slash*

"GRRAAAAARGH!"

The 2 of them slashed the Boss's torso fiercely, But it wasn't enough to even slow him down.

*Swish* *Boom* *Crack*

The Boss twisted his body in an attempt to hit both of them. however, he only hit one pillar which was cracked in two.

"GRRAAAA!" The boss got even more furious as he couldn't locate any of the 3 anymore and so...

He used mana!

"Graa!"

*Shhh*

Mana started to swirl around the Boss like a tornado sphere and...

*Fwishh*

It expanded!

Spike and Stella didn't sense anything out of the ordinary other than the Boss's sudden shout which wasn't as loud as the other times, However, Stone felt everything.

'Interesting!'

"He can sense us now. Although, it won't last long, Stop hiding!" Stone shouted.

*Crack* *Boom*

"GRRAAAAAAA!"

*Swishhh*

*Boom* *Boom* *Boom*

The 3 dashed at the right moment evading the Boss's Great Sword.

*Boom* *Crack*

Another Pillar was obliterated.

*Tap* *Tap* *Tap*

The 3 landed safely and immediately dispersed.

*Boom* *Boom* *Boom*

*Swish* *Booooom* *Crack*

The Boss jumped high in the sky and attacked fiercely making a small crater in the process.

Then he took out his sword and Dashed yet again.

*Boom* *Swiish* *BOoom* *Crack*

He attacked non-stop destroying many pillars and making many craters for a full 1 minute, and then he stopped.

"Alright, That was good, But now it's time to ATTACK!" Stone shouted yet again once he noticed the mana in the environment that was controlled by the Boss to have finally dispersed.

*Boom* *Boom* *Boom*

"Grraa!" The Boss tried to protect himself by blocking their attacks, But, It wasn't enough.

*Slash* *Slash* *Slash*

"GRRRAAGH!"

Every single slash hit the target, The 3 dispersed once again and hide in some places which weren't visible for the boss and which allowed them to see their comrades and most importantly the boss.

Using this tactic of strike and hide, the 3 did a good job to stretch the battle for 30 minutes.

Although every 5 minutes the Boss went berserk by using his [Mana Sense] Skill, it wasn't that difficult to evade.

Now, for some reason, the Boss was just standing still, and they could take that chance to attack.

But, only Stella did.

Stone was cautious so he stood still ut totally focused on 3 things.

First, the Boss which wasn't moving.

Second, Stella who moved on her own, So he had to prepare to save her if anything happened.

and Third, Spike, which for some reason also stood still and had his vision out of this world as if he was meditating.

*Swish*

Stella slashed her sword right at a spot empty of injuries on the Boss's body.

However, she felt something strange like a bad feeling, But, she just ignored it.

And that was a wrong move, Always have fate in your senses!

*Clank*

Stella's sword hit something hard and that something was invisible, she could neither see it nor sense it.

"Griarara!"

"huh?" Stella looked up to see the Boss making a very disgusting grin while looking at her.

*Swiiiish*

*Tak*

"Gra?" The Boss looked confused when he felt nothing hit his Sword, So, he looked around and then down, only to see the tiny creature that he was supposed to hit saved by another one.

"GRAAAAA!" The Boss got so angry he was about to slash down at both of them, However, He felt his danger senses tingling uncontrollably.

"It started to get boring so, Let's spice it up a little." Spike said as he falling down from the sky.

He held his sword tightly, Took a throwing posture mid-air, and...

*Swooshhh* *Tshk*

"Bullseye!"

"GRRRAAAAAAAAA!" The Boss cried so loudly the whole building shook.

And then, Light shone from the sky.

"Wait what?" Spike looked up confused.

as for Stone and Stella, they already dispersed the moment they hit the ground but now they appeared again.

Stone didn't say a thing to Stella.

Although it was her mistake, she didn't know anything like this will happen. So she wasn't at fault. But, she still learned a lesson.

"Spike, The Minions finally showed up. They were hiding up there hiding the hole where sunlight comes from, Now it's time to fight for real." Stone shouted.

"Oh, that Makes sense! Now I'm excited. Seems like this trip out is worth it." 'Spike' said.

"Huh?" Stone and Stella were confused by Spike's sudden change in... His way of talking? Ye, Something like that, He was strange nonetheless.

"Anyways, Now it's time for us to work in coordination, There are more than 100 enemies stronger than level 15, So yeah, It will be a good fight." Stone said.

"Tatakae!"
