Void Tutoring IV

For thousands, if not millions of years, tier VII has been the known limit of mortals and transcendents alike when it came to magic spells. The only exception was when Ulysses used that mysteriously tiered Void Armaggedon spell. Yet a boy who was a C~grade not too long ago and currently just a lower grade transcendent has surpassed that limit and invented a spell that could change history. Although Lucien was the most shocked out of them all, Leo was also extremely stunned by the results. He knew what spell Kyren was making but not the final results of its tier level which was supposedly only for those in the upper Transcendent Realm. He was even forced by divine law to report the spell, lock one of the abilities, and nerf some of its power because he wasn't strong enough to wield it as a mere U~grade. Even though the Kraken knew nothing of what was going on, it knew that the mana signatures it witnessed were something far stronger than anything it's seen in its entire life.

Every soul was in deafening silence as Kyren chuckled and played with independent shields like a child and a box of frisbees. His carefree attitude horrified the old man and creature alike.

As soon as Lucien took control of himself again, he immediately requested to study the spell. They did testing a few more times and it all got recorded down in books and scrolls by the magic fanatic on the surface level.

The old man reluctantly ended testing after Kyren began getting a little too light-headed.

::: I guess we should continue with training, but you promised to let me personally test out the spell as soon as we get out so don't forget!:::

"Yeah, Yeah," Kyren looked towards the Kraken with a grateful expression, "You've done your part so I'll fulfill my portion of the bargain."

He raised his hand and a gate formed close to the middle of the island, looking just like an elemental calamity. Before the creature's portal disappeared, he used some void mana to keep it open but in a dormant state. He almost forgot that it was there because [Absolute Invulnerability] masked the portals upkeep with its own.

The squid was about to move over to the hole in space when it hesitated.

"What?"

It raised its tentacle and meekly pointed it to Kyren. It seemed conflicted about what to do as it looked between him and its exit. Although it was still terrified of the slumbering dragon it acted as a punching bag for earlier, its innate instinct to follow the strong was tempting it. If a man desired wealth and fame above all else, then a creature desired power beyond anything, sometimes even more than their own offspring. The creature cores inside them fabricated this insatiable addiction for power the stronger they got, most of the time making them hostile. Moreover, the situation on the other side of the gate from which it came from wasn't ideal for survival so this was an opportunity for it.

"I don't desire seafood like you as a pet so I'll have to decline....." An idea popped into his head and he went into a daze as he contemplated. He kept glancing at it as though he was seriously considering something, "Are you sure about this decision? You might not be happy with the results."

The Kraken stared at the portal one last time before giving Kyren a confident nod... at least what he thought was a nod.

"There's a human down on the surface, find him, and wait with him while I continue."

<A specific-type class is usually a branch of a class that focuses on a single idea. Pyromancy is the focus of the fire element or other related concepts, it's a branch of the mage class. Growth potential, intelligence, and some other stuff affect how much class knowledge one can have and specific classes take up much less space compared to a general class so they were extremely popular among those with low growth potential.>

"What are they?"

::: The spatiomancer class is pretty common among void users and it focuses on the manipulation of reality, space, and matter. I'll also teach you gyrokinesis and maybe chronokinesis.:::

They first started with spatiomancy, which was surprisingly difficult for Kyren to comprehend. Because he wasn't learning the class from a spirit, the process was much slower. Instead of just jumping straight to an apex level, he was forced to start at the beginner level and work his way up. Luckily, specific classes were generally easier to master so it only took about two days to get to an intermediate level.

He received quite a few decent abilities despite the class only being at an intermediate level.

[Spatial Perception] is a skill that can help the user see anything and everything within his sense's limit no matter what was in the way. Even objects on the molecular level could be observed with the naked eye using this skill. However, it would take some more practice to observe objects at the atomic level or any smaller.

[Spatial Crush] is a ruthless spell that compresses matter at the atomic level turning the target into a jumbled mess.

[Spatial Shift] is a spell that's even more brutal than Spatial Crush because it would slice matter, shift the two separate sides by a bit, then join them back together, causing unimaginable pain and damage. Even if the target had a single HP left, Spatial Shift would not kill no matter what.

[Matter Manipulation] is a talent that could manipulate any type of matter through physical contact. Steel could be stretched like a rubber band (ruining integrity/durability) or magma could turn as cold as snow. There were limitless possibilities for this talent in particular.

[Spatial Distortion] was a spell that would cause many major mental debuffs such as [chaos] using ranged AOE methods.

[Reality Ripple] is a spell that would send shockwaves of force in a single direction that caused small damage but massive debuffs. This spell can pass through any matter or protection spells with ease if there's no special void protection.

[Reality Wave] was like Reality Ripple but would launch shockwaves in all directions with the user as the epicenter. It was a good AOE spell if he ever got in a pinch or was cornered.

[Transmutation] and [Disasembly] are spells that either combined multiple things or disassembled matter into the desired products. For example, the products for a potion could be mixed or separated with ease. It was the perfect alchemy ability.

He also gained the [Advanced Spatiokinesis] proficiency which could be applied in physical combat.

These abilities weren't game-changing because of his expertise level in the class, but they were pretty good none the less.

They were running out of time to stay in the Turbulent World so they stopped there and started working on the proficiencies.

[Advanced Gyrokinesis] was the manipulation of gravity so after a little less than an hour, he was levitating and jumping around like he was on the moon. He could also feel the gravity being emitted from the sun-cube and if he was strong enough, he could've probably controlled or challenged it on a whim.

[Chronokinesis] is the manipulation of time and it was insanely difficult for him to even utilize. Lucien himself couldn't even use it to even a small extent. The only things Kyren could do with it was slow or accelerate the flow of time to a very small extent to whatever he touched or within a small set area as an AOE spell called [Slow-Motion Zone]. The effects were too abysmal to be totally relied on in combat.

"Really?! That sounds ama-" Kyren had an epiphany and his heart skipped a couple of beats in absolute excitement, "Teach me as soon as possible!!"

This was the solution to his greatest problem, obstacle, and worry! If he ever went berserk due to Dragon's Anger, he could always lock himself inside his personal dimension and no disaster would occur. A great weight lifted off his shoulders as he could adapt his plans easier without stress on future dilemmas. He could also use this dimension for harvesting his draconic materials if he ever needed it.

They immediately began testing with the spell. It was slightly similar to Dimensional Storage but in a frighteningly complicated way. It was almost as hard as time manipulation but due to his determination to learn and innovate it to its maximum, he persevered. He had to imagine life support and basic laws of reality among other things as he externally created the foundations for his world. Any interior design would be reserved for when he actually entered.

A few hours later, Kyren opened his eyes and wiped the sweat off his forehead while laying back from his meditation position. Since he was going all out, he burned through his mental energy and mana to the point where it was in critical condition. He had a splitting headache, his focus was waning, and the mana atmosphere around him was actually at an E~grade level.

<Mana-Filled Space> Your dimension was created in an extremely magicule rich environment and has absorbed as much of it as it could while using the owner's own mana reserves. The dimension has started recreating mana independently, therefore reducing upkeep and increasing quality.

<Secure Space> Chances of your dimension being infiltrated will decrease by -325%.

<Private Space> One needs permission from the owner to be able to reside or stay within this dimension. You may allow certain individuals to access your dimension.

<Dimensional Space> 10-10,000 meters in length/width/height each, of usable space. Can be adjusted into unique shapes besides a perfect cube ::: Increases upkeep cost immensely depending on size and usage.

{Active Ability}

<Dimensional Creation> Your dimension is your domain and you can manipulate it to how you seem fit. The laws of reality can be changed at the owner's will. Matter can be fabricated from nothing for interior design and aesthetic purposes. For every elemental affinity, whether complete or not, different aspects can be added as bonuses to interior design.

<Dimensional Pocket/Branch> Separate mini dimensions can be connected to this dimension for specific purposes. 1-100 meters in length/width/height each, usable space. Can be adjusted into unique shapes besides a perfect cube ::: Increases upkeep cost slightly depending on size and usage.

<Dimensional Silhouettes/Golems> Create programmable beings/creatures or hosts for spirits (if you have that ability) to fulfill certain duties or roles. Combat will not gain you any benefits (ex: experience or levels) and can only be used for practice and increasing proficiencies ::: Increases upkeep cost immensely depending on usage and numbers.

<Time Flow (limited)> Time flows up to [3] times more slowly/quicker compared to reality (in-game) according to the owner's will ::: Increases upkeep cost greatly depending on usage.

You have created a personal dimension or a world that's yours and yours alone. A haven or paradise away from the real-life that you have absolute control over. Time and effort have been put into the creation of this dimension, therefore the overall potential quality innately increases. Your grade of power has increased the maximum size of the dimension.

{Rules}

- Anything created inside the dimension cannot be taken outside or used (ex: food will not fill hunger).

- Anything brought inside from the outside can be used.

- The owner cannot perish within their dimension.

- The owner may only have one dimension unless an exception is made by the divine laws.

- If a being other than the owner is killed within this dimension, they will be kicked out to their point of entry in the state they were in when they entered. They can also be forced to respawn back inside the dimension if the owner wishes.

- If a being other than the owner is harmed within this dimension and they exit, their status will revert back to when they previously entered.
