Yamcha’s Spirit ball

"Here is the fourth fight. We will be finding out who is the last fighter to qualify for the next round. Daikon versus Yamcha." The announcer said as the two participants got onto the stage.

Yamcha leaped and jumped into the air he transitioned into a backflip as he spread his two legs wide apart before landing back on the ground and immediately took his martial arts stands as he made a grand entrance into the stage.

"I know I might not win but I am not going down without a fight, I will show you the result of my training," Yamcha said as he looked at Dai.

"..... Your efforts are meaningless. You are the second-weakest fighter in this tournament after that girl. Do you think you stand a chance against me?" Dai said as he appeared on the stage in a flash.

"That speed. It's not good. Yamcha is severely outclassed." Goku said as he realised the gap between the two fighters.

"Is he really that strong to the point that you cannot see Yamcha winning?" Krillin asked Goku.

"I see that means that there is a big gap between him and me too," Tien said as he looked onto the stage.

"Go Yamcha." Paur cheered for his best friend.

"Do you think Yamcha will win?" Bulma asked Master Roshi.

"There is a chance but it is not very likely." Master Roshi said to Bulma.

"And fight." With the announcement, the fight started.

With a single punch that didn't even touch him, Yamcha was pushed a few steps back.

"Tch." Yamcha tried to use his strength to prevent himself from getting pushed off the stage by a non-contact attack.

But he loses sight of Dai who appears above him as he punches the stage that Yamcha is standing on. Yamcha quickly got out of the way as getting hit directly by Dai's attack was going to hurt like hell.

"Ahhh," Yamcha yelled out as he was hit by the shockwave that was created by Dai when he punched the stage.

"You are a monster!" Yamcha said as he tried to get some space to start his preparation for a counterattack.

"Ha. takes this, let's see how you handle my wolf fang fist," Yamcha yelled out as he started to throw punches and kicks at Dai.

Dai didn't even bother to block them as he knew that none of them would hurt or injure him in any shape or form.

"Is that it? Pathetic." Dai said as he took a full-power kick from Yamcha in the head without any kind of reaction.

"Wha!!!" Yamcha was shocked by the development of his leg that he used to Kick Dai in the head and was now caught by Dai.

Then immediately without delay, Yamcha was hit by a punch in the gut.

Dai makes a counterattack but apart from Goku and Piccolo, the punch that Dai threw was so fast that no one even knows what happened and why Yamcha collapsed to the ground.

"I wanted to see you provide at least as much entertainment as the old man in the preliminaries but it seems that you are still too weak," Dai said to Yamcha.

"Fine. If you want to see my full power, I will go all out." Yamcha said as he got up.

He then started to gather all the ki that he could in one of his hands as a small yellow ki ball started to form.

"I will win, and wipes that arrogant smile from your face," Yamcha said.

"..." Dai could interrupt Yamcha at any time that he wanted to and get him out of the ring easily. But he decided to see what he was going to do. It was not out of respect but out of arrogance.

"I think he can do it, Yamcha can win," Goku said with a huge smile on his face.

"A new technique?" Krillin was also in excitement.

"Ready. Take this Spirt ball." Yamcha yelled out as he launched a power ki blast at Dai.

However, Dai slapped away the ki blast like it was nothing special.

"It's not over yet," Yamcha said as he made a few hand gestures the spirit ball that Dai slapped away started to move according to Yamcha's hand movements.

The ki blast hits Dai repeatedly for a few seconds but the body of Dai seems to be too durable to be harmed by it.

Then he tried to finish Dai off with a spirit ball attack on the Chin. But something unexpected happened. A small explosion occurred as Yamcha's spirit ball lost control because Yamcha ran out of ki.

"No way," Yamcha said in shock as the smoke cleared.

He didn't put a single scratch on Dai even though he used everything that he could use.

It was a futile attempt against an unwinnable foe who was not even properly fighting back.

"Ahahaha. I am still too weak." Yamcha said as he lay down on the ground while covering his face. He gave a teary eye before he covered his face but whether or not he was crying was not certain for the spectators.

"I give up," Yamcha said as Dai came out as the winner of this battle.

"Contestant Yamcha forfeited. Daikon is the winner of this match." The announcer said as the audience cheered.

In many stories, the arrogant one was almost always taught a lesson by the righteous hero, however, Yamcha was still too weak to be the hero for today as Dai stepped down from the stage without learning a lesson.
