17 New Skills And Ability.

A/N : It's a short chap today and I posted it after I just wrote, so there may be some grammatical mistakes.

Grandmaster looked at Tang Ming unbelievably, but after seeing what Tang Ming said, he didn't have any choice but to believe him. This is the first time he have ever seen or heard, that someone has thousand year old spirit ring as his first ring.

If he didn't saw with his own eye, he wouldn't have believed this even if any other person had said it.

After coming back to himself, he agitatingly looked at Tang Ming and asked :

" Xiao Ming, you didn't receive any type of backlash or something? Are you completely alright?"

Looking at the worried expression on Grandmaster face, Tang Ming can't help but feel guilty lying to him, but he can't reveal his secrets to anyone.

"I'm completely alright, teacher. How much time passed since I started absorbing the spirit ring?" Tang Ming replied with a smile and tried to change the topic.

"Well it's good you are okay, and it took you over two hour to absorb the ring. Say Xiao Ming what ability did you gain, quickly show it to me."

Grandmaster asked with a look of expectation.

As Grandmaster said that, Tang Ming backed up a few metre and called his spear.

As soon as his spear came out, a purple spirit ring rose up from his feet and floated around him. Seeing the purple spirit ring, Grandmaster looked in awe and happiness.

At this moment Tang Ming held his spear at his back in a slanted angle and thrusted it towards a tree.

"First Spirit Skill: Thunderstorm Strike"

As Tang Ming muttered, suddenly more than 10 spear clones imbued with thunder and lightning appeared beside him and penetrated the tree at lightning speed and still kept moving and penetrating 6 more trees before disappearing.

Grandmaster was flabbergasted, he looked at the devastation caused by the spear. He looked at Tang Ming and asked him:

"Xiao Ming, your first spirit ring spirit skill is excellent and has a very high speed and attack power, definitely deserving of a thousand year old spirit ring. It can certainly be used to leapfrog and fight opponent of higher stages. What is the full specification of the ability?"

"Teacher, my [Thunderstorm Strike] let me imbue my spear with thunder and lightning, and makes 10 clones of spear, which I can control mentally and each spear deals twice the damage at lightning speed. It also has 10% chance to ignore defence." Tang Ming explained his ability but what he didn't told Grandmaster was that because of Qilin Transformation technique, he have gained the bloodline of the One Horned Thunder Tiger and it's ability to manipulate thunder and lightning element in his body.

In Douluo continent, the spirit beast has all its essence condensed into spirit ring and didn't have a core, after absorbing the spirit ring he gained all the bloodline and it's ability to manipulate thunder and lightning.

After hearing what Tang Ming told, Grandmaster nodded his head.

" Good, very good. Your spirit skill is already very powerful but it also has a 10% chance to ignore the defence. It can be said to be one of the strongest skill you can possibly get. Xiao Ming can you tell how much your spirit rank increased."

" I don't know exactly but I should be at spirit rank 14." Tang Ming replied.

"Hmm, it's right to increase the spirit power so much, after absorbing the thousand year old spirit ring. Well our task is finished here, let us go back outside before dark."

Tang Ming nodded and they both came out of the Star Dou forest. After taking a carriage to Nuoding academy, they both sat inside and as it took slightly more than 4hours to reach our destination, Grandmaster leaned to the side and closed his eyes.

(Tang Ming's POV):

As I saw Grandmaster sleeping I started to see what changes did the spirit ring made.

Qilin Transformation technique is basically the same as Dragon Transformation technique, as it is possible to merge with thousands of bloodline and can also get their special skill or ability.

Due to absorbing the spirit ring I gained an ability because of spirit ring as per Douluo world rules.

[Thunderstorm Strike] is the spirit ring ability I gained, and the another ability I gained is to manipulate thunder and lightning in my body to attack and defend. I can't shoot lightning but I can imbue it throughout my body to increase attack, speed and defense.

I clenched my fist and thought about it being covered in lightning, the next thing that happens wanted to make me jump in joy. My whole arm is covered in purple lightning, I dissipitate it before Grandmaster see me.

Well I'll have to do some experiment tomorrow at training and see what else I can do.

My Qilin Transformation technique that has been not able to make a breakthrough, I can feel that if I want I can start condensing new Qilin marks as long as I want to.

The total marks that I have till spirit rank ten is hundred. But now I need to condense hundred marks to reach the next level which means I have to condense a total of thousand Qilin marks to reach spirit level twenty.

Thinking about condensing thousand marks started to make me feel headache. What will happen if I have to condense ten thousand marks next time to reach level thirty.

I also leaned to the side and closed my eyes, I don't know when I fell asleep and started to dream about my cute and busty fairies.

As I was lost in my dreams, suddenly someone hit my head and all those fairies disappeared. I opened my eyes to see Grandmaster looking at me with a smile and said :

" You woke up, Xiao Ming. We have reached the academy. Go and sleep now today as it is already dark and meet me at my office after tomorrow lunch."

After that we both disembarked from the carriage and went our way. As I reached the dorm and opened the door, I can see Xiao Wu and Tang San talking with whole group about something.

As the noise of door creaking sounded, they all looked toward me .

And seeing me standing there Xiao San shouted excitedly and said :

" Brother Ming you came back, are you and teacher alright."

As soon as he reached me he started asking my and Grandmaster well being. I can also see Xiao Wu looking at me with mischief in her eyes. She came trotting over and said with a taunting look :

" Eh. Brother Ming what year apirit beast you hunted. And what is your first spirit skill. Let's have a duel in the garden tonight. I have already defeated Tang San many times, this time I'll beat you."

Wang Sheng at the back looked at Xiao Wu and can't help but say :

" Sister Xiao Wu, you have defeated brother San many times but also lost twice the more than you won…"

Wang Sheng abruptly stopped talking and I can see Xiao Wu glaring dagger at him.

"Hmph, that's because I wasn't serious in the fight." Xiao Wu retorted.

" Well if anybody that gets to fight me, it is Tang San and if you want to fight you have to convince him to fight together with you." I replied to her and gave Tang San a wink .

He only laughed wryly and shook his head at Xiao Wu and mine antiques. He was already used to brother Ming making trouble for him.

Tang San also prepared and brought some steam buns from cafeteria for me. Which I ate and thanked him for.

Afterward we all went to sleep.
