By the looks grandmaster was giving me I can see that he will not agree to my request easily and I'll have to explain.

" Do you know what you're saying Xiao Ming. After doing research all my life and according to the ten competencies of the spirit I theorised, is that the age of the first spirit ring that an average person can support is 423 years any older and it will have severe consequences and maybe explode due to excessive energy. And you are saying you want your first spirit ring to be a thousand year one!!" Grandmaster looked at me seriously and said with a hoarse voice.

" Master I am not saying that your research was wrong but it applies on the average person, and my body is quite stronger than an average person. Even now Xiao San after getting his first spirit ring can't match my physical strength. There is always exceptions and according to my assumption my body is so strong because I have twin martial spirit, both of which are powerful and one of them have even mutation that made it more stronger."

"So I think that I can easily handle the thousand year old spirit ring." Tang Ming tried to explain as clearly as he can without revealing his secrets.

Grandmaster also have a contemplative look on his face as he started to think for a few moments before looking at him. Seeing the resolve in the eyes of his, he can only shook his head and sigh.

" What you said is true but what happens if your body failed to assimilate the ring, you will die. But looking at your eyes you won't listen to anything I say. So I'll let you do as you say only this time, but if any mishap occurs you would have to listen to me from then on. Promise me." Grandmaster looked at Tang Ming sternly and have a very solemn face.

Tang Ming can only nod his head in agreement, whatever he said to grandmaster was all made up. He was very confident that he can easily absorb the thousand year ring as his first spirit ring.

And even after training so much and already breaking his body limits two time, he can't absorb the thousand year spirit ring then he should just go and die.

"I can't say anything if you've already made up your mind. Be ready tomorrow and came early in the morning, I'll be waiting there for you."

Tang Ming nodded and left the Grandmaster room.

These two weeks both Xiao Wu and Tang San fought each other everyday and if they have energy left to spare they both came to fight Tang Ming but was always defeated.

Even if they fought together they both can barely last a minute and as day by day Tang Ming practiced Spear technique. He already got basic mastery over it. Now his aura can be felt as a drawn out spear which is read to kill, when he was serious, which he mostly wasn't. The first time he got into a serious posture both of them have shiver ran down their spine. They felt that some ancient beast is staring at them and they will be killed as soon as they move.

After that time, Tang Ming never got serious in his fight against them. He didn't even need to use his spear to defeat them. He also liked to fight using bare fist, he have sometimes also thought that if he should have asked something like a gauntlet as a martial spirit, but these thoughts disappears as soon as he thought about his spear practicce.

Practicing Spear technique have a greater impact on his nature and behaviour than he thought, it develops into something like a discipline. And I'm not gonna lie, well fighting with fist give me exhilaration but fighting with a spear brought a completely different emotion like I can fcking put a hole in the heavens if I want. And believe me when I say, feeling of being invincible has an addiction to it.

After getting to dormitory and once again beatin..cough..sparring with Tang San and Xiao Wu, I slept early than the normal day. I'mnot going to do the same mistake as Tang San and going to be in a tough situation because of my lack of sleep.

I woke up quite early in the morning even before dawn, so I once again teleported myself at my usual cultivation place and started breathing evenly. Even if I'm not getting any benefits for cultivating without getting a spirit ring, I have read in my previous live that even after reaching the bottleneck you can practice cultivation and when it breakthrough, my level will be higher because of the accumulation of the spirit power.

As sun was going up in the sky, I can see Grandmaster walking towards the gate and then standing there reading some parchment.

I teleported myself to the ground as it was still early and no one was in the vicinity. I am very secretive about my powers and have never told anyone about it to anyone. I won't show it to anyone if it's not the matter of life and death.

I ran to the gate and saw grandmaster still busy in his reading. I walked to him and by hearing the noise made by me while walking, he looked at me. I can see he was looking shocked, I think because of me getting at the right time.

"Good morning, teacher."

" Well, I didn't think you would wake up so early. Did you sleep well." Grandmaster asked me while looking at me with a satisfied smile plastered on his face.

" Yes teacher, I slept well. Did you sleep well teacher, yesterday you were looking quite tired." I asked him with concern. Even though I selfishly choose him as my master because of the benefits, I still respect him as a master. There were only few person who I admire, one of them being Tang Hao, the other is Grandmaster and the last being Bibidong. They all have great personality and fate has played a cruel joke on each of them.

" Then let's leave, it's better if we found your spirit ring before dark tonight."

We left toward the Star Dou forest in a carriage, which lies between the border of the two empires.

As we were riding, master started teaching me about the history of the continent and the relationship between the two empire.

After sometime, he took out a pitch black metallic braclet which has a rectangular obsidian gem with flame patterned mark embeded on the middle of it.

He stretched his hand toward me and said:

" This is the gift I choose for you. It's a spirit tool which can be used to store necessary things in it. I also gave one to Xiao San. Take it." Grandmaster handed the bracelet to me.

I took it and I have to say, this bracelet looks quite beautiful. I tried putting it on my hands but it won't fit in.

Grandmaster looked at me amusedly and said :

" Try to use your spirit power."

I did as said and voila it expanded and fit on my wrist itself. By inputting spirit power I can see that the space inside was as big as a room.

"Thank you very much, teacher." I bowed my head in thanks.

"Haha no need to thank me, as a teacher its my first gift to you. Well name it as it didn't have a name." Grandmaster laughed and told me to name my bracelet.

I don't have a good naming sense, but still I named it:

"Let's call it ' Ameterasu Flames ' . She was one of the most beautiful goddess of fire and sun that I have heard of."

" Well I don't think I have heard anyone going by that name but it's also good."

Grandmaster reacted at the name that I gave to my bracelet.

We reached at the gate of the Star Dou forest and went toward the gate, where soldiers can be seen in golden silver armour patrolling the area. As we went near the gate one of the soldier stopped us.

Grandmaster took out the token that Tang Hao gave him and showed it to the guard. After looking at it, he bowed to Grandmaster and ordered other soldier to let us pass.

As we entered the forest, I can feel the thick spirit energy present in the surrounding forest.
