U.A. Part 8

It's time for the graduation ceremony. We stumble into the building and sit down in one of the booth seats where we were met with a chocolate fountain and some sides. We had cookies, bananas, marshmellows.

I grabbed hold of a marshmellow and coated it in chocolate before I heard the microphone turn on and the adressing of the parents. I wished my mum could see this. One by one names were called and, someone who I thought wouldn't ever graduate because of what he did to me, graduated.

This person was Todoroki. I rolled my eyes. I waited patiently for my name to be called, then it was nearing the end. My heart was racingand I was tearing up, Kacchan's name was called and he went up for his award, and then finally..

"We present to you the number on hero, of the next generation, Izuku Midiyora" they announced. The hall roared with clapping and whistles, and, me that quirkless boy got up to recieve my diploma announcing me as the next generation, number one pro hero.

I stumbled onto the stage in tears, and then Aizawa Sensei handed me my diploma.

As I got off stage I looked at Todoroki and pulled a sneaky middle finger at him and then the music started and I recognised it instantly. Meddle About by Chase Atlantic. I dropped my diploma to Aunt Mitsuki, then pulling Kacchan off his seat I grab him and we evaporate into the crowd to dance.

The party is strong till three in the morning, and we stumble back to our dorms after catching the public bus. People were throwing streamers, popping bottles of alcohol and with Kacchan cuddling my waist, I shoved open my door and slammed it shut behind tearing up. "I- I thought I'd never become the number one hero, quirkless" I said, as tears fell down. Kacchan hugged me. "You deserved it. More then me" he said.

I went into the bathroom to change into my pajama's then I turn on my bluetooth speaker and click play on my playlist.
