Distracted

While Ezra was admiring her eyes, Daphne was also admiring Ezra's eyes. Ezra's almond shaped eyes had monolids due to his Asian ancestry, his eyelashes were thick, but short; framing his golden eyes beautifully. There was a slight fold under his brow bone, but it was not a complete one. His eyes when he had a pleased expression on were extremely charming.

It was quite rare to see monolids in mixed people. His normal gaze looked extremely seductive to Daphne. It was just wondrous how well his strong facial features worked with his seductive eyes and kissable lips.

Strong jawline, high cheekbones, oozing temptation all around, he had the best features one could find.

As the condition of the two people in the office did not seem like it would suffer any change, Daphne was taken out of her spellbound state when she heard Ezra's stomach rumble. This reminded Daphne that this bear of a man had not eaten yet.

With Daphne being distracted, she removed her eyes from Ezra's to look down at his abdomen, breaking the eye contact.

Ezra was extremely satisfied with losing himself in her beautiful eyes, as such, the sudden loss made him look slightly wronged as he was lost in an absentminded state. He had not realized his stomach had rumbled, neither had he taken notice of his hunger. It was a bit difficult for him to notice while being subjected to all these other stimuli.

Daphne started feeling slightly remorseful. She should have waited until after he had had his dinner. He was a big man, over 190cm tall, and he had been gaining muscle as years went by. When they first got married, although Ezra was still well built, he did not use to be this buff.

Even then, Ezra was not as buff as some bodybuilders, his frame looked well-proportioned despite all the incredible muscle gain. The muscle gain was due to him adding more weight training to his workout routine.

Men of his stature and with this amount of muscle needed to eat plenty during the day in order to maintain their build. The amount of protein, good fats and carbohydrates that he would need in a day was almost twice the amount that Daphne had to consume.

Daphne admired his figure a lot, she found it provocative. She was not sure which — between his seductive face and drool worthy body — had the more destructive ability, having the ability to make women and men go crazy.

Even now, Daphne could remember how her best friend, Ce, had ogled Ezra. She looked like she was ready to pounce on him five years ago. Ce even took advantage of Daphne's disinterest — or maybe her purpose was to shock her, who really knows — and she gave Ezra a strong smooch on the lips when she visited back then. It left everyone — Daphne, Ezra and the house staff —petrified.

"You keep complaining about Anton and how you don't really know if someone loves you for you outside of your family, not taking advantage of this good piece of meat in front of your eyes.
