Din and Ericka got called back to the station they report to and belong to ship Elenora. the navy called a joint arms meeting and so they among a lot of others were getting debriefed The situation is dire the void has ripped open said the joint commander she was a short lithe woman of middle age and the best combatant on the entire ship she was a land solider and navel personal for years a stand out in both in short she was not only in command but rightfully so and now all ears were desperately Tuned into her words. we will hold here amd retake this planet than this system but because the void is ripped now we will have to time travel as well now so we will be forming teams from the best of the best in this mission to become void jumpers. a void jumper is a unit made of one of each battle type as well as a personal shuttle transport. Do you all understand? all voices roared understood and than more detailed battle details were discussed. by the time Din got out of there he only had time to rest in the his and Ericka's recovery chamber they were paired and only they had access to there chambers that was there only privacy from the navy and military as a whole it was there little place in the world. Ericka was hogging the shower tho so Din checked his skill points he leveled up and chose to apply his 10 points into strength alteration and defensive arts every level up you applied what you wanted in your geno band and based on experience and how you use your abilities your skills will level Ericka was level 10 meaning he had to step up abit he was level 5 she was more battle experienced than he was tho so it was understandable he had no battle experience and was only allowed into the advanced forces because the instructors noticed he had a grit like they only see in legends. he literally can go far passed his limits and keep on and you Don't find that often at all but his peers were not instructors and all being 10s like Ericka teased him endlessly but they were nowhere near as creative with thier powers they had set styles and set builds etc he was unpredictable and just would not give up. Ericka had high stealth high accuracy mid health good close combat which showed how much she actually cared about Din because usually Dark blades would hardly ever fight up close and she did often to make certain Din did not fall which was the reverse of how it was supposed to ve he was supposed to keep her in the shadows and once she was discovered defend her till his death. Ericka gained respect for Din after the battle tho he was a fast thinker and he had the heart of a lion he refused to go down and pushed that day when by all her training and battles led her to reason before that they should have died that day they wer horribly out numbered and he and her ran out of chakra yet he was still able to apply light shells and heal her wounds and his own and weapon switch all taking chakra at thia point he needed sleep she would wash him later That's why she hogged the shower he being inexperienced as he was her second partner her first died he never had battles outside of small time raider fights etc on planet and in training mock battles which he lost usually by being out maneuvered he never ran out of chakra before and predictable was found on the floor by the furniture with his geno band in hand. passed out while leveling up and forgot to put his band back on she laughed at that because she did so to once she was 10 years his elder both were fully grown as you can only be fully grown to serve in the advanced corps. she washed him up redressed him and admired his build while doing so he was hers and tho he had a lot to learn she knew she would pair with him they bonded very well he was built Gillia were athletic build and usually mid sized Dark skinned now there are branches of every corp so you have each different group paired together that forms a culture of its own based on placement so if you are born on a light station you are of Afro descendant and based on the wing of your quadrant you will be paired with a Dark Blade, Earth Slinger , or Hot Wave each pair is picked by the female and each group has males and females so and regular humans that do not use bands that man each station so the numbers of these types are few in comparison Din is one of the few. When Din woke up he was in a different out fit and noticable fresher he still took a shower but was happy Ericka was gone. she left a note that read see you at the drop station dork 😜. and eat something first tho. Din ate a quick meal of rations and thought he would buy her and him there favorite meal when they get to a peaceful food station. Din entered the teleporter and went to the drop station were Dion was boasting to the group about his stats he was the class favorite he was an explosives and acrobatic tank build shut up bro yelled another classmate who was dismissed by you just mad cause you suck from another random and when Din showed up Dion made a special point into telling him to get like him. Din didn't reply he couldn't because shane yelled out that it was impossible for a planet born and was met with laughter from the lightsingers and Darkblades alike the comm crackling alive shut them up as they got battle orders and sent off and because Din was not Specialist at any one thing, he was given a battle over. an open field with the job of bringing the head of the leader back everyone there laughed because they all got specific jobs and battles etc except Din what nobody would know was Dins battle would become the single most important one on the planet some Darkblades told Ericka they were sorry she had such a low class pair
