now that the population of the military base had reached 10 million individuals, 2 things had to be done, one, the places surrounding the base needed to be inspected and secured, for that new people had to be trained and two, the city of new day needed to plant vegetables so that everyone did not die of hunger

an access to the other military bases had to be found to , the Green Horne military base was a large base but the other bases had between 15,000 and 20,000 soldiers each plus a lot of military equipment , it was therefore an important task 

adams invited colonel macarthurfor a talk, he was finally going to tell him how michael had created superhuman because this information was no longer important plus he could have a team of trained soldiers 

once Macarthur learned that it was necessary to kill monsters and other infected to develop powers, he quickly set up a team of elite soldiers and began to clean the city of the Green Horn

Macarthur did not want to waste time because he had understood that the new world now belonged to the superhuman, he personally joined the team

the scout team consisted of only two members of the bronze team, one endowed with the power to fly, the other endowed with the power to be invisible

the experience point needed to increase one level after rank 5 were astronomical but at the same time , the physical fitness of a person who was level 50 was more than 20 times that of a normal human being

the bronze team could therefore easily help the sword and shield team

the other 50 individuals of the bronze team had to uproot all the trees in the forest which were near the military base as well as that of the town of new day to transform them in a field of vegetable , the deadliest enemy in the apocalypse wasn't the humans or the mutated beast but hunger 

adams had decided not to offer free food for the inhabitants of the city of new day because it was not possible to feed 10 million inhabitants with their resources 

he was therefore going to feed only the people who worked for him, the only difference between him and sheffield was that now there will be military patrols which would ensure the safety of the inhabitants, he also offered free housing to everyone, these were buildings created from metal and earth, built by the various superhuman of the bronze group

pure and fresh water was also provided free of charge through various wells installed in the city, Adam had even created landfills to collect the city's waste and therefore prevented the spread of diseases

the only problem was still food but no one had the means to feed so many people

the measures taken by adams had several consequences:

at the beginning the different gangs remained calm but after 2 more weeks, they started to get busy and wanted to establish a unique gang to rule over the city of new day

adams was known even before the apocalypse for his contempt for gangs and mafias, he therefore deployed the team of bronze who neutralized all the gangs in the city gangs in a single day

All the members were executed because it was not yet possible to build prisons due to lack of food and it was also not possible to release these members in the city or in the forest near new day as it would cause further problems

while a team was removing car wrecks on a road connecting the Green Horn military Base to Army Base Number 2, some soldiers noticed hundreds of thousands of infected people heading towards the Green Horn military base
