Dimensional Overhaul

What was the gods' best creation? Was it man? Could it be the stars that we all gaze upon? Planets that hold life? Or probably the various dimensions that hold all? The answer is simple, the universe! The same universe that comprises all these wonderful creations. The food we eat, the people we look up to, and the mountains which stretch beyond the clouds are all part of one universe. And among the variety of races, one stood among them all. A race yielding the strongest type of magic, black magic. They were the Genois race. The fact that they were the strongest clouded their minds, why not unify the universe? They thought. During their rein, they forcibly made other races kneel before them and those who resisted were killed. Upon a mountain of bloodshed, a single man rose to the task of defeating the Genois race. Some called him a 'reaper', others 'a savior' while others squandered his name calling him a murderer. The single man possessed a special type of visual prowess known as Tsujigens. The five Tsujigens: Tsujigen of force, Tsujigen of space, Tsujigen of time, Tsujigen of power, and the Tsujigen illusion made him an unstoppable force. With this power, he wiped out the Genois race leaving none. Blessing other races with freedom. He was hailed as a god! Mysterious as a ghost! Yet still a lone man. Alas, not even his mortal body could handle his power causing him to erode. Before his death, he shared his Tsujigens for the next generation in hopes of his resurrection. In the present, a boy awoke in an unfamiliar world, with no memories of the past, and is left with a symbolic tattoo on his arm which possesses odd powers. In a universe where magic is the norm, Kevin travels to different worlds, unique in their way, to reclaim his lost memories.

Klein

"UGH!" Upon waking up in a completely mysterious environment, the first feeling he felt was a headache and rather intense back pains.

He obtained injuries in the battle with the Yemen, but the pain from that was incomparable to the after-effects of using his magic. His head was constantly ringing with pain, preventing him from resting any further.

'huh?' Kevin thought in confusion 'Where am I?' Kevin thought, still bearing through the pain. The last time he blacked out he found himself in the Haku clinic, this time he seemed to be in a nicely furnished room. The clinic had a strong smell of wood that was hard to bypass due to the room mainly being made of it. However, this room looked like it was made from different materials.

"Lilith!" Kevin shouted, noticing she was here as well sleeping on a different bed in the same room, causing him to lower his voice.

"You are finally awake." A voice resounded through his ears.

Looking back, Kevin noticed the same figure which easily overpowered Norm conversing with him. Taking a closer look, the man had black pupils which stated that he was not an Ampler since their eyes are blue, as well as red wavy hair with faint traces of white hair strands as though he used hair dye. For the most part, he looked like a normal man in his twenties except for the odd mask he wore. His black mask stretched from his mouth to neck.

"Who are you?" Kevin asked, rather curious about the man's identity. He was not worried about the man attempting to kill him, after all, if that were his intention he could have done it long ago.

'So he does not remember.' the masked man thought, eventually letting out a sigh.

"My name is Kle-" His words were suddenly buried under heavy snores coming from Lilith.

"Mmm... you look hot. Give me your....."Lilith continued to sleep talk which when added to her snores, created a rather uncomfortable environment. She kept rolling in the bed while saliva began to drip from her mouth.

At first sight, Lilith was a girl whose beauty could captivate the heart of any man but if one was to see this, they would forcefully administer amnesia upon themselves.

"Kle-"

"Mmm"

Lilith's snores once again, cut his words short causing the man's eyes to twitch. Kevin feared that if Lilith interrupted him once more, she would be snoring with the angels.

"Klein, that's my name." He finally responded heaving a sigh.

"Klein? Okay then, where are we?" Kevin asked the next question which was lingering on his mind.

"Hmm." Klein then got up, staring at the window near him which displayed a beautiful view of the vast scenery "We are quite close to Haku village, I am not good with directions but it should be a thirty-minute run from here."

Satisfied with the answer, he was about to pose another question before Lilith's loud yawning silenced him.

"AAA! Good morn-, wait where am I?" Lilith asked in a confused tone. Her first thought was that she was captured, but seeing Kevin here as well as being friendly with the unknown man made her drop any hostility she had.

Face palming himself, Kevin graciously repeated what Klein had said to him, while Klein left the room only to return with two cups of green liquids handing one each to Lilith and Kevin.

"What is this?" Kevin questioned, he did not expect Klein to poison him but judging by the smell invading his nose, it must taste worse than horse crap.

"It is a herbal drink, made it myself..."Klein proudly said.

"I see," Kevin muttered.

'Hope it does not taste as bad as it smells.' Lilith thought.

At the same time, they both drank it before Klein could continue his sentence.

"By the way, I lied. It is made from Zeal fruit. I just blended a bunch of them, they serve no purpose but to make you vomit. I did add a green pigment though."

Hearing the next set of words, they both spat out the drink in unison trying to eradicate the taste before it settled in their mouths. Despite their best efforts, it was too late. The strong taste had already camped on their tongues, leaving a disgusting feeling while Klein began to laugh like a madman.

"That always gets them!" Klein said wiping a tear from his cheek after laughing.

'What a jerk!' Kevin and Lilith both had the same train of thoughts.

After the drama had ended, Kevin finally asked the question he had been meaning to ask since Lilith interrupted him.

"What happened to the village?" he asked, jolting Lilith's memory in the process.

" You are going to have to check out yourselves, I heard about the situation and decided to make you an offer," Klein said.

"An offer?"Kevin asked, but was immediately interrupted by Lilith.

"Where are my things?"Lilith demanded whereas Klein pointed to a table having a little bag that was pink in color. The doctor had given it to him before he took the both of them.

Getting up, she nearly fell to the ground, still feeling weak from the fight. She rushed to her bag, vigorously searching for an item.

"Found it!"Lilith exclaimed, pulling out a rectangular device. With a single press of a button, a hologram appeared showing a familiar face.

"The doctor!"Kevin blurted out.

"Lilith, are you okay? I am sorry I could not come to your aid, I had to oversee things here. So I entrusted you into Klein's hands."The doctor said with a genuinely worried voice but was missing someone from his speech.

"What about me?"Kevin said, feeling the favoritism oozing out of Graham.

The doctor did not even spare Kevin a glance before continuing."The casualties were very high. The village population was one thousand but now one-third of that number is dead. Angela was captured, the village chief killed and many warriors including Gary injured, barely leaving us with any capable fighters. A Yemen was found dead but is of no use to us."

"Hey what is that device ?"Kevin whispered into Klein's ear. Him being a victim of amnesia, he did not care for the people because he did not have any close relations.

"It is a holographic device. Used for communication."Klein responded.

"Okay then, what about the rebellion?"Lilith asked tightening her fists. She cared for the village, unlike Kevin.

"The other village's under Norm's rule have agreed. We storm into Norm's domain in seven days, taking all who can fight. For now, we prepare and repairing our destroyed infrastructure. The yetification with also take place in the next seven days, so we only have one chance to save Angela."Graham explained.

"What if yetification?"Kevin asked Klein.

"I'm not quite sure but from what I know, it is the process of turning a human or human-like species into yeti. If I'm right they use a certain fluid to start the process."Klein explained.

"Thanks."

"Klein! We would like your assistance."Graham asked, genuinely hoping for him to accept.

"I am sorry but I cannot participate, but I can train these two in my stead."

Kevin and Lilith exchanged glances wondering whether he was playing another prank. "You do not want me to?"

"WE DO!"The pair replied in unison.
