(3rd PoV)

"Her body can't take any more of this." Inside a laboratory, a scientist was talking with a devil while a black-haired nekoshou was lying on the cold metal bed beside them.

"Then use her sister, the white kitten." The devil said before walking away.

Meanwhile, Kuroka who endured all the torture and experiments they've done on her in exchange for the safety of her sister Shirone, heard what they just said and anger, fear, and wrath bloom inside her until she finally can't take it anymore.

Violet aura overwhelms her body shocking everybody in the laboratory.

5 years of painful experimentation just to turn her into a super devil has increased her strength tremendously.

With a grip, the bars that were taking hold of her were broken like a paper and violet flame emerges out of her hand and threw it at the scientists which engulf the unsuspecting scientists.

"Arrgghh!"

"Ahhh!"

Breaking the one that holds her limbs, a twin black tail emerges from her behind and a pair of black ears appeared on her head.

Meanwhile, the other devils around the vicinity, felt a huge pressure dawning upon them making them gulp in fear and sweat heavily.

"W-who could've caused this pressure?!"

"Has the Satans discovered our experimentations?"

"Is this the end?"

*Boom!*

An explosion occurred at the doors of the laboratory shocking the guards.

Soon, Kuroka came out with her tattered clothes and glowing purple eyes, along with her cat features.

"W-what?" One of the guards asks in fear.

The leader of the guards was the first one to overcome the pressure and yelled at his subordinates.

"Wake the fuck up! She's just alone and we have the advantage in number!" He shouted before a magic circle appeared on his hand.

The others also woke up from fear and followed his orders.

Kuroka didn't say anything and just vanished from her place making the guards shocked and look around.

"Mayb-" One of them was about to sigh in relief when suddenly his head was separated from his body and his vision turns black.

"Wha-?!" Soon another guard fell with his head separated followed by the rest leaving only the leader who was shivering in fear.

"Please! Spare m- aghk!?" The leader was about to beg for his life when suddenly he felt his neck was sliced and drowned in his own blood.

Kuroka sniffs and could smell her sister's fear and blood making her growl in anger and rushed towards their room where they stayed.

*Boom!*

The door was blasted open and Kuroka came in with all her limbs on the ground and her tail behind her was standing upright like a cat.

"D-don't move!" She heard a scared voice and saw her former master looking at her in fear while choking her sister on her throat.

Kuroka could see a bruise on her face and blood trickling on her nose making Kuroka lose control of her body, finally before she knew it her master's head was separated, his limbs were cut off, and his blood is splattered across the room.

And her sister was looking at her in fear. Kuroka didn't know what to do, because of her, Shirone was hurt.

Kuroka wanted to leave and bear the blame for all the killings but at the same time, she didn't want to because she doesn't trust the devils anymore.

"N-nee-san?" Shirone spoke out despite her fear.

"S-shirone." Kuroka warmly smiled and was about to walk towards her to hug her when suddenly a circle of orange sparks slowly formed behind her making her step back in fear, and cautiousness.

While at the same time, slowly getting close to Shirone in order to protect her in time if ever something happened.

Soon, the circle was formed and sunlight reached her and Shirone on their faces making them close their eyes for a bit before opening them again just to see the circle was replaced by a middle-aged man, calmly looking at them with his hands behind his back exuding a wise aura.

"Would you like to come with me?" The middle-aged man spoke without malice, lust, or anything that she sensed towards the scientists whenever they were experimenting on her.

But she still decided to be cautious and ask, "And why do you think we would follow you?" The man just calmly smiled and replied, "Because you have no choice." Before gesturing for her to look out the window.

Which she did and saw hordes of devils flying to her location along with 2 satans in front of them.

Kuroka was shocked and looked at her sister, Shirone. She just wanted her to have a good life, not like this. She has 2 choices, either she follows the man along with her sister or just takes the blame for everything that happened here and distances herself away from her sister.

Finally, she made a choice that she wished that she'll not regret, "We'll come with you!" Kuroka said while the man smiles and replied, "Sure." Then the same circular spark appeared behind him and he stepped inside before speaking.

"What're you waiting for? Follow me." Kuroka first scans the world beyond the portal and felt no malice or something, only calmness like a lake.

So she held her sister's hand and jumped inside the portal before closing.

When she looked around, she just saw a normal room with a table, mat, and a tea set on the table.

But she'll just ignore that and ask, "Who are you? Why'd you save us?"

"Me? I'm known by many names... But you little girl can call me Ancient One. And for why I save you?" He stopped and stares at Kuroka.

"You see, you both are the last of your kind and I have the habit of collecting races that are almost extinct under my wings." He explained before pouring a tea into a teacup.

"Why should we trust you?" Finally, Kuroka asked the question she's been wanting to ask.

"I don't need your trust, as long as your race doesn't become extinct then you don't need to trust me. Just know that I have no ill intention cause if I have then do you think you'd still be alive right now?" Ancient One casually said before sipping on his tea.

"Would you like some tea?" Ancient One offered them.

"N-" When Kuroka was about to politely refuse.

"Un." Her sister, Shirone suddenly nodded her head cutely and walked toward the table.

Kuroka was about to stop her but she saw that she's already sat on the mat before taking a sip of the tea.

"Bleh." Shirone suddenly spits the tea back into the tea cup and tears were forming in her eyes while muttering, "Spicy..."

"What did you do?" Purple touki blasts out of Kuroka and threatens Ancient One.

Meanwhile, Ancient One was just unfazed by her touki and said, "Sorry about that, it's actually a Ginger tea."
