Echoes of Deception

After Michael's speech to Amy, Amy looked at him in a new light, because as mad and ruthless as he may be, he had only one goal and would do anything to reach that goal, and that's why he was the one and only Michael, the most envious being in the world. "Amy, we are going to make teams, get gems, and kill monsters. Now first, we need to understand the surroundings and know what we are dealing with. Secondly, we won't engage monsters unless we understand their capabilities, and lastly, we can only trust each other, no one else. Do you understand, Amy?" Amy wondered why Michael sounded like a dad, but she nodded, and they began to move.

Michael used his eagle eyes to make sure there were no enemies around until his Eye of Oblivion struck. "Shit, Amy, move out of there!" Amy jumped away, and suddenly the ground beneath broke apart as a snake covered in armor, standing as tall as 30 meters, came out of the ground. Michael looked at Amy, and she nodded as she pumped red energy into her veins throughout her body. As her muscles bulged, she threw Michael towards as he punched a hole through the snake.

"Well done, Michael, the snake is done," but as Michael was about to reply, he coughed out blood as he looked down, which meant these snakes were tampering with his energy and Eye of Oblivion because they were now working randomly. If that was the case, then there's only one conclusion Michael could come to as he murmured, "Poison, the enemy of both energy and healing." Amy also understood the situation, but what happened next shocked her a little. After all, it was still Michael cant shock her too much. She watched him bite into the snake's skin, but all his teeth shattered, so he went through the hole he made with the punch and ate through it's stomach. [Host has acquired unknown snake traits, poison control, poison resistance, and snake eyes] As Michael grew wings like that of an eagle, while one eye was silver like that of an eagle and the other yellow like that of a snake, while his skin adjusted to have scales, his teeth reshaped as they grew sharp like those of a python. He looked at the snake and smiled. "Hello, brother, let's see whose poison is stronger," as Michael flew in the sky while gesturing Amy to distract the snake. As she got the signal, she ran straight towards the snake, which got its attention. But as the snake was about to launch at her, Michael came crashing down, screaming, "Eagle Dive, Eagle Smash," as his fist smashed the head of the snake into pieces, and the skull leaked blood like a fountain.

Now that the threat was gone, Michael reverted to his normal form, leaving his snake eye and eagle to see far and see what's in the far. Both Amy and Michael proceeded as they picked the gems the beast left and moved on, but after twenty minutes of walking, they met an open field with no trees, and within this area was a concentrated amount of students who were all standing as they shouted in resonance, "AMY, AMY, AMY, AMY!" Amy smiled at Michael as she left him behind and walked to the crowd while laughing as she shouted to the groups of students, "He thought we were a team, he thought we were going to let him enroll in the school, haha, what an overpowered fool he is. There were about two hundred male students, no females because it was only fanboys who would obey Amy like this.

The Masked boy turned to Michael. "Call me KING, KING DUKE." Michael said no problem as they jumped forward to Amy's army as he murmured, "IDENTIFIX''.
