INNER DEMON

Kristen and Lucifer reached Damon's place with the help of the blue stone. It was really helping her in a lot of ways that Lucifer was convinced, it was not just made for killing him. It served important purposes too as far as he is concerned. The village was silent, just the way they left and Kristen wondered if they had even returned or not.

"Are you sure that everyone is here?" Lucifer asked as he walked inside.

"They should be unless the shadows attempted to attack here." 

"Y-you think that they had aim for the village this easily?" Lucifer was terrified.

How can she even think of such a possibility before even knowing that the shadows were now roaming the Earth? Was it too obvious or do they usually take such paramount steps without a provocation? Lucifer didn't ask anything more but she answered him straight and clear that his throat went dry like a desert.
