27 Question and game start

How many HMS Dryad 1795 armed with 36 cannons would it take to defeat the Redwyne fleet of 200 Westeros warships?

******************

I was in the lord's solar in the morning, I've been occupying this manor for a long time, my father never recovered after he learned of my brother's crimes, always isolated in his room, drinking and blaming himself for not teaching his son better.

(needed an excuse to push him away and leave Artys in charge, Yohn is too honorable, would interfere too much, and I have no plans for him)

I received news of the death of my grandfather, Jon Arryn. Lysa will soon be coming to the Vale with her retinue, and I'm ready for her. With my soldiers manning it, I have full control over the Bloody Gates, Gates of the Moon, and the Eyrie. She will go into the net like a fish.

I will send letters to the Lords of the Vale, summoning them to a meeting in the Eyrie, to pledge their allegiance to me, after I prove Lysa's infidelity and my grandfather's intention to name me Heir to the Vale, with the letters he sent to my father and the testimony of Lady Anya Waynwood, Lord Horton Redfort and Lord Nestor Royce. I'll also let everyone think that Lysa killed Jon to cover up her infidelity, as that would only help my cause. With that, the Lords most hostile to me other than Lord Grafton will make their moves. And I will eliminate them quickly to dissuade the undecided.

Of the main Lords of the Vale, the Redforts, Templetons and Hunters are former allies of the Royces. House Waynwood will join him, as Harrold Hardyng will be his heir until he has children. He does not regard Lord Belmore as trouble, as he is corrupt and can be bought. With that, the main threats to resolve are House Corbray and House Lynderly.

As for House Grafton, the time has come for its reckoning with Gerold Grafton. So he sent for Ser Julius, and soon he arrived.

"Milord, did you send for me?"

A sadistic smile spread across Artys's face as he listened to Ser Julius. The young lord gave his decree immediately without any hesitation in tone.

"Ser Julius, the time has come for Lord Grafton to pay for his plots against me. Gather 1000 men and 100 Cuirassiers and we will march as soon as possible, I won't give Gerold Grafton time to call all his banners, only to die under my guns!"

Ser Julius quickly patted his chest in salute.

"It shall be done, my Lord!"

He knew that even though he had little time to gather troops, Lord Grafton would still get more than his 1100, and he would leave the city to face him and that would be his last mistake.

As such, Artys quickly drafted an official declaration of war to deliver to Lord Grafton, which was then hurried into his territory by an official messenger. Meanwhile, Artys went to equip himself for battle; he would personally lead his forces against Lord Grafton and devastate his army. The young lord couldn't help but think to himself as he dressed for the upcoming war.

"Finally... the game has begun!"
