Chapter 82

On the other side, Gian was also confused.

A while ago, when Gian and Shannen met Saintess Louisina. She was quietly sitting on the first row of seats in front of the altar. Her white eyes were staring at the glass-stained window. When she felt their presence, she slowly turned her head and smiled at them. Gian and Shannen quickly lowered their heads and politely greeted her.

"What a pleasant surprise." Gian heard Saintess Lousina said. "The other child favored by the heavens is also here."

Gian furrowed his eyebrows when he heard it. Because of her unusual pair of eyes, he cannot tell where the saintess was looking. He turned his head to looked around the church. There were only a few numbers of people who were praying inside the church. The saintess looked at him for a while before she opened her mouth to speak.

"I am glad that the once broken path was now restored." Saintess Louisina said in an almost whispery voice.
