Curious Lingxi

On the edge of the system, a couple of huge ships gathered around.

"What happened?! Where is Bacis?"

Hurgos, the one with a V on his cape sat down angrily as he stared at Theo, the one who brought up the idea to explore this odd planetary system.

"Bacis... As soon as he went out of warp drive, his transmission disappeared."

Theo was slowly trying to explain to the other leaders and tried to calm them down.

"We have to take revenge for Bacis!"

The blood of the other leaders boiled with the thought of a formidable enemy while Theo was the only one hesitating.

Suddenly, the entire spaceship began to tremble as the red lights went off with an alarming sound.

"Danger, danger, space abnormally has been detected, code red."

One of the soldier on the bridge alerted everyone as he fastens his seatbelt before things got worst and leaned fully against his chair.

"A space te-"

Theo tried to stand up from his seat and realized that he was being pressed down by something.

'But I don't feel anything when I am sitting..'

"I can't move anymore!"

"Me too!"

All of the leaders in the meeting room had their energy blood pumped through each of their veins as they try their hardest to move.

"This is..Stop resisting unless you think that you can carry the weight of the entire galaxy."

Eos, the 3rd leader, heard about this from his close friend, Phrixus.

"What is going Eos?"

"It's something related to a space nature, it can be created or.. Anyway, it's not dangerous itself, and we cannot stop it so just be prepared for the worst."

As Eos answered Theo and told him that the worst thing that could happen to them would be if they landed directly into the sun or a perilous place.

While the entire fleet was swallowed up by a green tunnel of light, Nodus and his curious crew flew past the spot where the mother ship used to be.

"It's gone.."

Bai Cai and Bai An plastered their face onto the clear viewport as they frantically looked around for any hint of the giant chunk of metal.

"Don't bother, it's in another galaxy."

Nodus waved his hand and sent the display data to the main room before standing up.

The crowd was surprised and curious as they saw the sudden change of the hologram machine being turned on in the middle of the room.

"What is that?"

"It's called a GeSpace, if you go into it, you can end up somewhere very far away."

Nodus explained to Bai Fen as he made his way toward the kitchen area while everyone else was staring at the dark cube with a hollow green line going through in the middle.

"How far?"

The princess was curious this times as she inquired Nodus while her gaze never left the projection.

"More than a trillion miles away... Or sometimes, in another time frame, for example... You can go to the past or future."

The generals gasped in shock while Liu Lingxi ears twitched before abruptly standing up from the soft couch.

"To the past...? How is that possible?"

"Uh oh.. Lingxi is awake and talking.."

Bai Cai whispered to Bai An as they both took a step back while the rest flinched slightly.

"It's only a theory, but with a 98.5435% possibility of working."

Nodus didn't see their reactions as he was still gathering ingredients from his state of the art fridge that could keep everything fresh for thousands of years.

Nodus turned around to the voice and saw the sparks of furry in orange eyes.

"If you gather something with a contained mass that is strong enough...-"

While Nodus was explaining the long theory to Lingxi who was writing down everything with a piece of pen and paper, the rest of the generals sighed as they knew that an extremely long conversation was about to start once again.

"But...But.."

"It's alright Bai Cai.."

The princess stroked the back of the blue haired girl as they stared at Nodus with a hint of sorrow.

"But..-I wanted to try senior's delicious food..."

The generals, even Hou Li, stared at the ingredients in the young man's arms with a sad expression and comforted each other with their packed lunch that was mostly dry rations.

"Just for today... I will let her go."

Bai An gripped her left fist as she fed herself with dried vegetables with a hint of tears in the corner of her eye.

*Beep.beep.beep*

The young girl who was sleeping peacefully on her seat was awakened by the sound of a continuous beeping that came from her sleeve pocket.

"What is that sound?"

Kathrina turned her head around and glanced at Lulu who pulled out her communication device before switching her attention to the front as she was driving the car.

"That... My parents!"

Lulu droopy eyes disappeared as she noticed a red dot in the corner of her black screen.

Kathrina stopped the car in the middle of the snowstorm as the girls in the back woke up at the same times by the loud commotion.

"Really?! They are finally out?"

Lulu nodded, and as she extended her phone device toward her aunt, she noticed the red dot moving down on the edge of the screen.

"Huh..?"

Lulu held the device and rotated it again before coming to a conclusion.

"I understand! Aunty, please drive that way!"

Kathrina nodded and turned the car until the red dot moved onto the middle upper edge of the screen.

*Zzzzzzzzz!*

The car accelerated quickly and reached it's maximum of 1444 miles per hour speed in just 2 seconds, breaking the sound barrier and melted everything on its path.

"Lulu!"

Thanks to the advanced technology of Nodus home universe, the two girls couldn't even feel anything within the car as they made their way to the front and wrapped their arms onto Lulu.

"We get to see uncle and aunty again!"

"I missed them so much!"

Mimi and Ali held onto Lulu who was crying tears of joy as she hasn't seen them for so long.

"Mhmm! Thank you..."

The girl held onto her friends and whispered quietly.
