103 A Little Gift

The sudden disappearance of the mothership caused the cultivators to be worried as something that big vanished without a trace.

"Will we be alright now?"

"Mhmm... Someone brought them somewhere really far far away."

The little fairy on her shoulder answered her with a puzzled expression as she was also unsure about the current situation.

"Very far?... Does that mean that we're safe for now?"

Vaneria overheard the conversation and held her chin up high as her gaze pierces through the empty skies.

After settling most of the injured cultivators that participated in the war, Vaneria ordered her sect to hasten up the process by landing other people a hand as most of their abilities could heal many wounds and illness.

"Thank you so much sect master Vaneria, I owe you a big one."

The last sect master to receive help from the Joyful Sect held his fist together and bowed slightly with a grateful attitude before leaving the throne room.

Vaneria simply nodded as she watched the back of the old man leaving through the big gates before turning her vision onto the purple-robed pair.

"What's wrong sister Fen?"

The graceful woman in the purple-robed smiled as her bell rang when she took a step forward.

"Little Xiu, I heard that your daughter found a helper."

*Bam*

The sound of the door echoed through the room as the young girl in green came in a rush.

"Green? What's wrong?"

"Moth..- Master, Nodus is here."

Vaneria stood up from her throne and went down 3 steps before she reached the main floor of the room.

"Sister, you wanted to know right?"

The green woman gave a slight smirk before she followed her little daughter to the chamber.

'Why would he be in here..?"

As soon she followed into the room, she felt a heavy pressure passing through her that came from one of the generals who stood right beside the pink haired princess.

Green sat beside Nodus before noticing that her master didn't move at all from the doorway.

"Master?.."

She turned to Nodus for an answer, but he shook his head before shutting his eyes.

The purple sect master with her direct disciple, elder Xin also noticed the frozen Vaneria from the back.

"Princess, she is also one."

As the aura disappeared, Vaneria regained conscious stared at the purple general in fear.

'She saw..Everything..'

Meng Chang gave a slight bow to the princess before she made her way behind the seat.

"You must be...The current descendant of Prime Lotus?"

Vaneria gulped and nodded quietly as she took a glance around the room.

Except for Nodus, her daughter, and the princess, everyone else was standing.

Bai An, who was in a thick golden armor also caught her attention as she was directly behind Nodus.

"Y..-Yes, this one is Xiao Xiu, the 13th Descendant.."

"I see... Little Xiu, We came here to give you something before we leave so don't worry, nothing bad will happen."

For some reason, Vaneria felt an urge to kneel down whenever the pink haired woman spoke to her.

Seeing the insecure Vaneria who was slightly trembling in front of her caused the princess to chuckle.

"Don't worry... Actually, when we were young, we called Prime Lotus aunty, she took good care of me while she was under my father guidance."

The revelation caused Vaneria to feel a tremendous sense of shock as she always remembered the story of her ancestor's master, the grand master immortal Prime Lotus.

"We are called Song Ai and... Due to my inability to protect the people... We have caused a great casualty around the realms and would like to apologiz-"

Song Ai wanted to bow down, but she was stopped by Hou Li and Bai Fen.

"Princess!! It wasn't your fault, and we were on the orders of the emperor."

The shout scared the little girl who held onto Nodus while Lingxi woke up by the commotion and opened her eyes.

"They are right princess, the realms would have ceased to exist without our protection."

With one comment, the short general felt back asleep as she stood right beside Bai An.

"Please don't apologize princess... My master always taught me that we are responsible for whatever happens to our realm."

The princess smiled at Vaneria and extended her arm.

A tiny speck of light flew out from her palm and disappeared into the forehead of the green woman.

"This is my gift to you, please help us protect this realm."

Vaneria kneeled down and promised that she would do her best even to protect the other realms if she had to.

"I will be late for school."

Nodus stood up and made his way toward the balcony as he summoned the White Jade.

"Nodus?"

The little girl held onto his arm as she has so much to talk to with him.

"Jiang, don't be rude and come back."

Nodus whispered to Green and convinced her to follow her mother's order.

"Do we get to eat senior's dishes now?"

Bai Cai whispered to Bai An as they already went up the ship while carrying Lingxi.

"Goodbye."

The princess waved at the two girls before she went into the ship that disappeared into the void, leaving only a small green chip floating in the middle of the balcony.

"What is that..?"

The tiny fairy who was hiding behind her neck pointed at the small chip as she felt a strange aura from it.

"It's has a small dimension pocket.."

The green chip slowly flew onto Green's hand.

"A small gift for my friends, throw it on the floor to open it."

The two girls heard the voice of the young man that came from the chip.

'I will see you later.'
