Farming Session 2

"Hmmmm, so that's it, it's disappointing honestly" he sighed as he saw this "So another consumption mission, looks like I would need to do this and see what happens without been given a mission" he said as he frowned knowing how disgusting it would be. The last time he had tried eating a raw fish it didn't taste palatable at all and he hadn't really had the chance the kill another since then, so he basically forgot that he could gain stat as well by eating the flesh of a disaster, even though it was just a bite the effect would be the same as consuming the whole thing.

"Well, I guess I shall get started" he said after circling round the colony for some time and securing the perimeter with basic traps, he stretched himself as he pulled out his sword and coated it with mana making the black fanged ant notice the threat and begin to rush towards him. He activated eyes of Horus as he bent a bit and

BOOM

He jumped over 20 meters in the air and dived down right through the hill with his foot first. The Hill was like an ice berg, only the tip was shown on the surface as the majority was hidden underneath the surface of the ground making it an extremely dangerous thing to fall into. The size and strength of a colony was determined by the size of the tip protruding from the top as an average sized hill like this was as big as a building and a smaller size can be as small as a normal ant hill, but the bigger sizes especially found in the disaster continent can be as big as a full-blown castle with the queen as strong gamma rank and the guards at delta or stage five. Knowing this already was the reason Denwen had dived into the hill as the queen here can only be as strong as stage 2.

"Fuck how far am I going to drop" he felt like he was dropping for a long time as light began to dim. There were naturally occurring crystals underground filled with mana that gave off a dim light so he could still see a bit here and there as he saw the ants along the walls.

BAM

He landed on the last floor and he bent his knees in order to cushion his fall. The whole place was eerily calm as there was no movement at all, it was as though no life form existed. The silence caused Denwen to ready himself once more. 'I know I might be over confident but I have to do this to get stronger, especially when I master it' he was thinking as he tried to calm his mind.

SCREEEECH

An ant suddenly screeched from afar causing the place to start vibrating as some began to drop from the ceiling. 'That should be the queen' he thought as he sliced an ant that was about to fall on him in two and drew another arc cutting another ant in two. The ants continued to come at him as one increased to two and two to four barely giving him breathing space, He would at times activate Adam's eyes to slow down their movements so he could deal critical hits. He knew this was the best opportunity to train as he needed to increase his strength through life and death battles as only those that do that become truly strong. Ants began to pour in so fast he couldn't keep up with the flow as he was getting ragged dolled about by a group of big guard ants. The environment slowed as the ant's movements became slow, "they are just stage one but their bodies are so sturdy that I can't cut them in two" he thought as he looked at the ants approaching with Adam's eyes. That was one of the difficulties he noticed as if they exoskeleton was coated with man that it gave him issues dealing with them in one strike. He didn't face this much difficulty until the guards began to attack him, they were faster than the normal workers and the strength to their hits was far greater. "If only I can use a more attack-based skill I would have been done with these ones in no time" he said as he parried one of the ants and punching it so hard the ground caved in.

ARRRGGGGGGH

He shouted as during the battle an ant fell on him and nipped on his shoulder on him shoulder and started to bite through his skin, he flipped his blade and stabbed the ant piercing it cleanly but it refused to let go, seeing one of the guards lunging at his bowels he jumped backwards into a wall causing a small explosion, the body of the ant fell and the head remained attached to his shoulder causing him to grimace in pain 'looks like this has gone on for long enough' he thought as he knew been backed to a wall was synonymous as death to a person.

He then released a lot of mana to assert his rank to the disasters as if you looked carefully to could see a light flicker of milky energy outlining his body. This caused the ants to back off a bit by the sudden domineering presence but then the queen couldn't have that

SCREEEECH

She screeched once more commanding the workers to take care of the pesky intruder, this made the ants to jump on him although he was just standing and begin to pile upon him.

BOOM

An ominous aura of energy exploded as a dark purple energy began to spread quickly with the piled-up ants as the epicenter. The ants began to disintegrate as the aura enveloped them, this caused chaos to start as the ants began to try and leave that vicinity before they could get enveloped but to no avail. The ants ran about in a frenzy but they could not.

In the distance, the queen could see a rising fog in the shape of a skull as shivers were sent down her spine. She raised her head as her pincers became bright red as waves of energies was spreading. This caused the other worker ants to begin to collapse as waves of energies could be seen seeping into the queen.

The force of the two rising energies to begin making the walls crack and start vibrating rigorously. The queen continued accumulating energy as red lines of energy was running across her body as she suddenly sprouted wings and broke out of the colony causing it to collapse. The ant hovered a bit in the air as it looked down to see if the intruder followed it out. After checking for some time, the ant decided it was time to fly away;

"Just where do you think you want to run to" a voice was heard as the sight of the ant turned upside down.
