Gone

There was no Hector. Only blood. His brother was still alive, he could feel him through their sibling bond, alive but injured. "Ughhh I will slaughter whoever lays a hand on him!!"

"We need to go." She said as she took my arm. "Now."

"Woah" I stopped. "Where?"

"Back to the city we can't stay here."

"No!!" I pulled away. "I need to get you to the Malateins. And then I'll find Hector"

She stopped. And spun around and walked up to me, her eyes locking on mine, looking for something. "You need to get me to the Malateins??"

Shit. "It's safer for you. And Hector's my brother I don't need to drag you into danger, to rescue my brother." Please please believe that.

She softened. "Ha. He maybe your brother, but you need someone who will keep a level head, your anger is blinding you, from the truth. Besides. I love danger."

Geez. I almost blew our cover.

"We need to regroup" she said. It's not safe for us out here, we need to get back to the city. "Let's go"

"I don't know. Let's go to the Malateins and we can group there" she spun around and put a dagger to my throat.

"We leave now. Or neither of us can help Hector."

"Ok." Was all I could say. I was beginning to see what the Crown Prince meant, by her being stubborn.

"Good. I'll explain when we get there to the tavern."

**** At the Tavern*****

We walked in. And everyone went quite. And started at us. No. At her. That's when I looked around the only ladies in the tavern where the ones serving, wearing very revealing dresses. "Maybe we should go some place else.... I have a bad feeling" quite enough only she could hear me.

"Well be fine. Relax." And with that she walked up to the bartender and said something, to him. He smiled, laughed, and then pointed to and empty table. She nodded. Gave him some coins. Grabbed a couple drinks. And went to the table. She then turned towards me like I was crazy for just standing there. I walked over to her. And then the conversations resumed, once I sat down.

"Why are we here?" I asked her

"It's loud enough we won't be heard. I'm guess they don't want to know." She replied

"Who doesn't want to know? And I know what?" I asked her.

"Haha. I'm gonna teach you something a person told me. It was the second lesson I learned: learn to control your anger, for anger blinds you from seeing important things."

"My brother was taken from me you except me to not get angry and want to kill her whoever hurt him!"

"No. You can get angry, just don't let it blind you." She said calmly.

"But we do have a problem. The Malateins are the ones who have your brother. There the ones who attacked us. The question is why?"

"I think we can help" A man dressed in Malatein armor.
