Hours earlier in Minos...

The king ordered all of the doctors left in the kingdom to quickly attend to the wounded prince's aid before leaving. Because of the ruthless king, many people had to give up their lives in order to have all the doctors from all over the kingdom to come to the castle. Of course that was their only choice for they knew what the king would do if the prince some how dies from all of the injuries he had just suffered so having many other useless people die instead of the prince was the safest thing to do.

The guards carefully carried the unconcious prince to his bedroom and laid him down on his bed before the doctors could arrive. The king had already left after he gave the orders for the doctors to come and no one knew where he went off to. The doctors soon arrived at the castle one-by-one to attend to the prince. "How is his highness doing?" One of the doctors asked the the guard who was standing next to the prince's bed. The guard sternly looked at the doctor. "Why are you asking me? You are the doctor here." He harshly said and the doctor now focused her attention on the unconcious prince.

He looked quite cute and handsome when he was like this. His mid length brown hair was scattered all over the pillow and his cute sleeping face made him look like an angel instead of the son of the king of demons. The doctor used the back of her hand to check his temperature while the other doctors were already examining his injured wings.

Minutes turned into hours while the guards were still waiting for the doctors to tell them any news regarding the prince. If the king returned to find things like this at this time, he would surely have all of them beheaded. The thought of that made the guards shiver from fear. Finally, one of the doctors approached the guards. "The prince just fainted from having to suffer the pain from his wings and the shock he might have witnessed when he was still down at the fire pit." The doctor said and the guards' tensed shoulders loosened up a bit and they could finally breathe again. "But," the doctor continued, "the damage to one of his wings was so minor...it could cause problems in the future regarding his ability to fly." As she said those words, the guards' felt like fainting right then and there. What would the king do to them if he finds out? They were surely living dead zombies right now. No, they were sitting ducks waiting for the eagle to devour them whole!

"Is there anything we can do doctor?" One of the guards asked, he was shaking beyond control at that moment. There's got to be another way...the prince must get better now before the king cooks them up for dinner and serve them on the roasted duck menu. The doctor hasitatedly shook her head indicating that there was nothing they could do.

The guards all looked at each other and nodded. "We are dead meat for sure." One of them said and before God could show them a small hint of mercy, the devil striked as the king appeared behind them. "And what is happening here?"
