These two late-stage Spirit Acolytes of the Sea Clan were particularly unlucky.

Originally, not only did each of them possess secret arts unique to the Sea Clan, but they were also adept at joint combat techniques, which would have allowed them to defend themselves even against enemies far stronger than they were.

Yet, they happened to encounter Liu Ming, who could control flying skulls and white bone scorpions.

The former two, in and of themselves, each had bizarre methods of attack, and their strength was almost beyond that of a typical fully-realized late-stage Spirit Acolyte, not to mention Liu Ming, who was watching them like a tiger eyeing its prey.

This was almost equivalent to three extremely formidable, fully-realized late-stage Spirit Acolytes attacking the two of them at the same time.
