ONE HUNDRED AND FOURTY

We have been trying to move past the situation because we are mostly not addressing the problem at hand. We have spoken about it and we have forgiven but that distance and pain is not something that you can easily move past, well not for me at least

Darke has been trying to get back on my good books but l feel that it mostly feels forced and l can't reciprocate his feelings or enthusiasm. It seems as if he is completely disregarding my feelings as long as his guilt is lifted and it makes me question if he was ever remorseful or it was all a ploy to feel better about himself

I just don't know how to talk to him about it because l do not want to cause him any more pain, more than the situation has already done. He will feel guilty and that will only make matters worse and that wouldn't be good for anyone, not me at least. Mom will hang it over my head because her precious penguin will be in pain all because of me
