FIFTY EIGHT
The past two weeks have been extremely unpleasant. I had no power nor did l have anything to contribute towards Akai's rescue mission. All l could do was sit back and leave the fate of my daughters life in the hands of men l had not yet fully learnt to trust. I knew that no harm would come to her because her grandfather and father would make sure of it but life is full of so much uncertainty, you never know how things will pen out
However things were now looking up because Hilden had finally stepped up to the role of fatherhood. I knew it wouldn't be easy but it had to be done. I couldn't imagine giving up something l had wanted my whole life for something l had been silently suffering to obtain.
