-MURDER
After completing his military duties, Captain Hasan ordered Sugi to visit Dr. Muller to find out about the situation in the Wehea forest. Upon arriving at the hospital, Sugi encountered a doctor with a strong physique in the elevator. Sugi found it strange as he had never seen a doctor as muscular as this one before. Without much thought, Sugi assumed that the doctor must have a hobby of fitness. As they exited the elevator, Sugi headed towards Dr. Muller's room, feeling the need to use the restroom first due to drinking too much. The doctor continued walking towards Dr. Muller's room, and it seemed like all the police guards had suddenly disappeared. The doctor went straight into Dr. Muller's room, where Dr. Muller woke up feeling that the door had been opened. The doctor then swiftly pulled out a knife.
muller: Who are you? You're not a doctor here.
killer: I'm here to take your life.
muller: Please... (his mouth covered by hand)
The killer immediately approached, covering his mouth and stabbing Dr. Muller in the stomach. Despite Dr. Muller's attempts to resist, the knife pierced him again. Suddenly, Sugi entered the room.
Sugi: Who are you? (kicked the killer in the abdomen)
killer: Mind your own business. (swung the knife towards Sugi)
Sugi: (quickly grabbed the knife with one hand and kicked the killer in the stomach with all his might) I'm an Indonesian soldier.
The killer flew backwards, hitting the cabinet with a loud thud. Sensing danger, the killer fled.
Sugi: Don't run.
Suddenly, Sugi stopped upon seeing Dr. Muller's critical condition and decided not to chase the killer. He approached Dr. Muller.
Sugi: Dr. Muller, I'll call a doctor immediately.
muller: I'm here, someone called.
Sugi: Save your strength, the doctor is coming soon.
muller: (shaking his head) I know my condition. I work at a secret facility in the Wehea forest, where deadly parasites infect animals, making them dangerous. To kill them, you have to shoot them in the head and burn their brains because the parasites in their brains need to be destroyed by fire. (cough... blood). They can also be frozen for experimentation.
Sugi: Where do these parasites come from, doc? Did you create them?
muller: The parasites existed before our experiments; we just made them more dangerous. I know it's my mistake, but we're close to finishing. Just a little more. (cough... blood).
Sugi: How dangerous are they, doc?
Muller: You went to the facility in the Wehea forest. All the data and secrets are there. (eyes closed)
Sugi: Doc... doc....
Dr. Muller passed away after the last conversation. The new doctor arrived and tried to treat him, but his breath had already stopped. The doctor shook his head. Sugi immediately contacted Captain Hasan to report the situation here.
FEAR
In the depths of the Wehea forest, there are indigenous people from the Panan tribe. By a river, some people were bathing and washing clothes. Suddenly, some shadows passed by at high speed. Then one of the shadows stopped. Everyone saw it, it was a giant monkey with a frightening face staring at them. They all felt the fear of death and sweated profusely as if they were about to be sucked in by the giant monkey. After that, the monkey left without paying attention to the humans. The Panan tribe immediately returned to their village to report this issue to their elder chief.
Boy: Chief, we encountered a huge giant monkey passing by. It didn't look like a normal monkey because of its frightening face and large body.
Elder Chief: Hmm.. I also feel like this forest is sick.
Boy: Outsiders often cut down trees and drive us further in. Now the forest is getting sicker, but we are the ones affected.
Elder Chief: We believe in nature, as nature will protect us. Maybe that monkey feels we are threatening them.
Boy: Yes, most likely.
Elder Chief: We need to get out of this forest and into the outside world as soon as possible.
Boy: But Chief, if we leave here, we won't survive in the outside world.
Elder Chief: For now, that cannot be considered. We must leave as soon as possible. Get everyone ready. We will leave soon.
The indigenous people believe that every tree, animal, and everything in the forest is equal, having the right to live in this forest. We only need to use just enough to protect this nature. However, because of humans from outside, they have to reluctantly leave their homeland for hundreds of years.
