Without any further hesitation, he closed the boom tube as he returned to the planet. Even if he gained nothing in this fight, he at least got his hands on a father box.
As soon as he got into the planet's atmosphere, he immediately reactivated its defences then focused on the parademon scrap that was scattered all over his planet.
With a single thought, all were turned into raw materials to be used later on. Well technically, he planned to use it to create his own version of the parademon but that needed a lot of decision making that he wasn't ready for as of now.
"Wait, now that I think of it, wouldn't I be able to transfer back to the Marvel Universe if I could create a good inter-universal transfer device? Both universes literally exist beside each other" Maxwell suddenly said as he continued working on the Father box.
He may have overwhelmed it but it had only given him a small crack to its core programming which meant that he had to now repeat the process over and over again while slowly hacking the device.
However, the idea came to him simply because of the boomtube feature of a father/mother box. From what he could see here, a boomtube could take you anywhere within the multiverse if the mother/father box is given enough power.
Well technically, it wasn't really a power problem than a "I don't want to" type of problem. The Boomtube could already transfer one from greater planes such as the fourth dimension down to the normal third dimension.
That was a greater gap than between universes if one thought about it. If he masters mother box technology then he may be able to do so.
"But first Darkseid must die" He said
Darkseid may have not really done any wrong against him as his beef was with whoever had reincarnated him but even so, he was trapped within a parademon of all things.
He couldn't understand not being sent to the correct universe but imprisoning him in such a creature was excessive.
In fact his prison also proved that his target had something to do with Darkseid, or was just so ridiculously powerful that they could hide a soul from the New God.
As he thought so, hrwalked into one of the massive buildings at the centre of a large magnificent city.
The building occupied an area that would fit in at least sixteen (16) regular football or soccer stadiums and still have enough space for an entire Olympic stadium.
It was ridiculously big but he didn't care even if he didn't need the extra space. It was still built for a purpose even if that purpose wouldn't be achieved now.
"Also I'm a Drusian, is that what Zax's people were called?" Maxwell asked himself as he looked at his hands.
The name meant that the name of the planet was either Dru or Drusia. Either way, it didn't matter since as for now, it served as a home base for him and a name wasn't required for that.
