He didn't feel fatigue in this dimension and time did not exist meaning all this is done in a second. He instantly felt the results after working out and he kept constantly improving.

He went from curling 15 lb to 500 lb in one hand. He would 'rest' after each exercise by running full speed on the treadmill for hours.

Even though he had trained for seemingly hours he was still frustrated that he couldn't unlock his Ki. He stopped training to actually use his brain and think. He thought about naruto and how the unlock their chakra and he would instantly go into a meditation position and focus on feeling his Ki and seconds later, aura flooded from around him which was a sign of his awakening.

He was a little taller, his body transformed and became chiseled which was the result of his training and his hair was longer and spikier. His stats had also increased due to him being a God now. He was immediately able to grasp control of his Ki and test things like beams, orbs and making Ki weapons which he could do effortlessly without wasting energy.
