I took my keys about to leave when I heard Mom on the phone, from the looks of it, I think it was Danny on the other end of the phone, I needed a diversion but what, I need. to think quick if I was going to leave this house unfollowed...

"Bark!! Bark!!!" the cutest answer just popped up right in front of me, Whinstone, our family's puppy was chasing a stray cat in the front yard, I looked back at Mom feeling sorry as I opened the door to let them in and as I hoped they both ran into the kitchen, Mom screamed and I dropped my keys and ran out to the bus stop...

"Sorry Mom, but desperate times calls for desperate actions" I said as I made the turn to the bus stop and not a minute sooner the bus just stopped right in front of me.

I payed with my card as I entered the bus, and immediately the bus started moving I saw AJ coming around the side screaming for the bus to stop but it was too late. I waved her from the window as I made myself comfortable on my seat.

I opened my bag to bring out my phone only to find it wasn't there, I turned the bag upside down since no one was beside me, then it hit me, I must have dropped my phone with the keys when I was trying to run away.

But I guess it's not all that bad, at least they can't track me down, right?

I took the bus downtown to where I remembered Big Joe's Coffee was and thankfully it was still where I left it... I was so happy as I walked into the building and the smell of fresh coffee hit my face, I must say I really missed this place, it holds some of my dearest memories, as I reminisced on my memories I too a sit at my normal booth.

I never knew how much I missed this place and the smell of the coffee here "Hello, can I take your order" I could never mistake that voice anywhere, I slowly turned and there he was... ROBERT.

"Hello, miss.. er, if you're not ready to order I could come by later" Robert said before backing away.

"Robert!" I called out his name to be sure it was him.

"Have we met before... Cuz' I don't think I know you" he said with a suspicious eye...

"Y-Your name tag" I lied looking down.

"Ooh, that makes sense now, hey hey, don't look so down, ok to make it up to you, how about I treat this pretty girl to a glass of ice tea with whipped cream and sprinkles and our famous cheesecake, okay?" I was too shocked to say anything so I just listened.

"So do you want rainbow or chocolate sprinkles, nah, you look like you'd enjoy both" And with that Robert left to get my or rather what he ordered for me.

As I sat there in awe wondering how in the world this world's Robert knew exactly what I wanted and loved and didn't remember me, this was a strange as this world gets... But It was almost as if we were connected in whichever world we were...

Few minutes later, Robert was back with my ice tea and cheesecake like he promised "Here you go, ice tea with extra whipped cream, extra sprinkles and your Cheesecake on the house" he said with a smile.

He's smile was so innocent, I never realized how much I missed him, as I slowly looked back at the food I wasn't aware the tear that fell down my cheek.

"Hey hey, are you alright. Do you need someone to talk to??" Robert asked in deep concern as he bent over I think to get a closer look at me.

"No, I'm fine" I said wiping the tears from my face.

"Just give me a minute" Robert said as he hurriedly went behind the counter talk to someone while he removed his name tag and set it on a nearby shelve before walking back to me...

"So I have about 20 minutes to talk before I get into trouble" Robert said with another breathtaking smile.

I cleaned the dried tears on my face before looking back at him "Why are you being nice to me, you don't even know me" was the first question that came out of my mouth without even thinking.

I held my mouth immediately feeling bad for asking that question but Robert laughed, like a he wasn't even concerned about what I had just said.

"Well if you really want to know, it's because you look like a nice person and your really cute too" He siad scratching the back of his head shyly and I sat there looking lost.

"And I guess you look lost... Like you're not from around here... No offense I'm just saying"

There definitely was something about this Robert.... Maybe he'd have the answers to what I've been looking for, well I guess we'll find out soon enough...
