(Reupdated Story) Aiden White now living with his father in the small town of Forks, Washington. as mysterious things keep happening around him and the people. as unexplained deaths, and attacks keep happening. all centered around a group of teens, one he can't seem to keep his eyes off of.
The looming sound of sirens, played as a young man fidgeted in his seat. warm sweat trickled down his warm face, as scenes of past events played within the fabric of his mind. Getting more and more ominous, as the young man gets closer to his destination.
"!BANG!" the sound of a shotgun blast rang out into the fabric of space. The young man's body became more frantic. As the sound of the gun getting cocked for another discharge.
"!BANG!" another one.
"BANG" another shot rang out as the weeping sound of a woman could be heard. The young man was stirred from his sleep.
"Hey kid, get up... it's the end of the road" the bus driver said, releasing his large hold on the young man, as the attempt to wake the young man finally came to fruition.
Still a little groggy, the young man looked around before whipped his face, collecting his belongings which was not much: just an old black Mik-e backpack and a small carry-on suitcase.
The young man, now standing up, made his way to the front of the bus, looking around to find no other passengers on the bus.
He was literally the last stop for the driver, as the small bus stop and road lights were the only things left for about the next mile.
Sitting in his chair the bus driver released the doors to the cold night air. Letting the young man embark on to the side of the road.
"You have a good one you hear" the large bus driver said in a deep country accent. Before shutting the door and driving off down the road to his next destination. As the gleaming white design of a hound running on a red backdrop, could be seen from the road lights.
"Yeah, I hope so," the young man said, standing on the side of the road for a minute, before he moved over to the broken over-hanged bus stop.
The bus stop looked like it has had a rough life as the once nice-looking bus stop, was now destroyed. The plastic cover overhang was now brutally damaged as a large body sized hole was protruding from the top letting the misty rain fall.
The once pristine metal was now rusted and bent awkwardly on the right side as if someone rammed into it with their car. leaving only the left side to have clear plastic windows to shield from the side rain.
As if rain fell, it only covered one side of the sitting area, but not by much as some of the rain would still get on the other.
The young man looked around, finding nothing but on the right side of the road, as tall trees and encroaching mist. Hung around the sound of night life came alive. as squirrels flow amongst the trees, and owls hooted within the night sky looking for its prey.
A distance away the young man could hear the laughter of coyote's, as they looked for each across the vast distance of land.
And on the left was trees as well but it tops when the rocky road meets the sea, as the salty scent could be smelt from the air.
As the turning current of the waves harbored all kinds of fish to be caught, as the display of not-so-distant islands could be seen, as others inhabited the surrounding area.
The changes in the wind from the seaside, caused the road to be more densely packed with swarming misted air, making the road to fog in every direction, leaving the young man no way to find, or see his way out of the fog.
"Yeah, I hope so," he said, more dejected than the first time, as he already did not want to come here, but things happened too fast for him to figure out why he had to come here, to this small town.
As well trying to not be under this ominous night. The sky was dark and clouded, and mist everywhere, it was now the perfect scene for a horror movie, and he was the first victim.
But that was not the only thing that made this night minacious. Not far away on the other side of the road, under another road light. The flickering on and off of the luminescent, was a large colorful sign, with all kinds of floral designs and native animals on it. But what stood out most was the words:
