Chapter 46 - The Help Of Void Star

Skalain led the bound woman into his house, ensuring she was securely restrained. He glanced at Jareth, who stood by her side, his eyes focused and determined.

"I'm going to meet with Aldar and Alia from Void Star," Skalain said, his voice firm. "I believe their knowledge and being witness will do good for us"

Jareth nodded, understanding the importance of bringing in additional support. "Very well. I will stay here and keep watch over our captive. Take care and be cautious, Skalain. We don't know what other threats may lie in wait. They may not be the only ones that looking to take piece of meat from your body."

Skalain gave Jareth a reassuring nod. "I will be careful, my friend. I won't be long. Together, we will uncover the truth behind Elliot Ken's death and put an end to the schemes of the Death Tree Organization."

With those words, Skalain turned and made his way out of the house, leaving Jareth to guard the captive woman. As he ventured towards the meeting place with Aldar and Alia, Skalain's mind raced with thoughts of strategy, determination burning within him.

"Things have gotten interesting and dangerous. Not that I dont like these kind of adventures. But the fact that I am still weak is still there."

"If I was stronger I would not need Jareth to help me there. It just shows that if I want a life full of adventures and new things power is necessary tool."

Skalain also knew that, The collaboration with Void Star would bring new perspectives and strengths to their investigation, increasing their chances of success. Not to mention it would clear the suspicous feeling against to Void Star
