CHAPTER 1: SEPARATED 1

"Hey where the heck am I. Is any body there?" Aqua woke up in the middle of nowhere darkness surrounding her in all angles. She tried recalling where she last was to no avail.

She tried finding an opening so as to leave this dark place. Not like she minded the darkness as she was a creature of the dark which very many people loathed.

'But hello who liked being stuck in, what is this anyway and how did I end up in here?'

"Okay, how could my day get any worse than this?"

Just as those words left her mouth a four-legged beast appeared in front of her.

"Oh, yeah this is how worse my day can turn into this is so cool. "Aqua said while rolling her eyes.

"You just had to appear when I'm not at all in the mood right?"She said as sparks of light appeared on her arms to form swords.

Her body was too tired and it couldn't take any more pressure. She felt like she had been squeezed all together. The beast roared and charged toward her.

She immediately struck her sword towards the creature which immediately turned to smoke. It then reappeared behind her sending her flying to hit the nearby rock. Only then did Aqua realize the emblem in between the beast's horns.

"Geez, I didn't know someone would miss me so much," Aqua said and smirked while blood flowed from her mouth due to the hit. "So Quilt decided to send his pet. Afraid of facing this pretty Angel are we now?"

"Well, well if it's not Aqua, what do I owe you such an unexpected party, sorry my pet misbehaved?" A man appeared from behind the beast and stared at Aqua his Grey eyes that matched his silver eyes. He stared back with the same intensity non of them wanting to seem weaker.

"Thanks for the warm welcome Quilt but would you mind telling me where I am? Before you decide to break my face. "

"Welcome to the realm of darkness." Quilt said while ordering his pet to attack her.
