A Long Last Seen Friend

"Ray is that you?" He looked sideways as his gaze fell on a middle-aged woman in a small shop that sold books.

He was very familiar with this woman which was why she could easily recognize him despite his head which was faced downwards.

Even during his first few months in Euthopia, Ray visited her shop as he was a very good reader and enjoyed most of her books which helped him to slowly recover himself back then, so this woman had known him since he was younger.

"Miss Grace, it's been quite a long time since we saw." He walked towards the shop as Miss Grace kept staring at him as he drew closer.

She watched him grow up from when Sera took him in and she last saw him about 9 months ago when he came to visit Sera as Ray usually made his presence unnoticeable.

"Indeed, it is," she chuckled lightly.

"Don't tell me you were planning on leaving again without coming to see us. You're such a heartbreaker."
