"Your stats had grown considerably ridiculous."

Kronos calmly spoke at Alex. As he was already aware of the ridiculous effects of his skills, the growth of Alex was within his expectations.

"However I want you to listen in my advice. Don't push yourself too much and always prioritize your safety above else."

Kronos might sound calm but inwardly, he was shocked seeing Alex had a new magic in his status.

'Fire Style Magic? Based on the description, as long as he willed it, he could freely manipulate the flames. Meaning, he wasn't limited by a single fire spell but the numbers of any fire magic he could cast depends on his imagination.'

He almost broke his acting cool despite pretending to be calm in this situation. Kronos knew, that the new magic of Alex, isn't just a simple magic. Thinking about how ridiculous it is, Kronos couldn't stop the grin on his face thinking about when Alex would reach the top among the first class adventurers.

'Hehe, maybe by that time, I could arrogantly flaunt Alex to the other gods!'

Kronos was feeling great imagining the jealous and envious expression of the gods knowing his child's excellence and magnificence. Returning back to reality, Kronos handed Alex the paper as he shrugged off his thoughts as those were matters for the future.

"This growth rate is amazing!"

Alex exclaimed with wide eyes seeing the numbers of his stats. The last time he saw it, all stats were in I- 0 yet now, his stats had already reached F while the highest was D.

As he had lived in Orario for many years already since coming into this world, he had never heard an adventurer with this kind of growth. Even the famous Sword Princess of the Loki Familia, wasn't like this when she had just started.

It had to be noticed that Alex hadn't been an adventurer in a week or to be exact, it was still his second day after being an adventurer yet his growth had already surpassed months of efforts of other adventurers.

"Yeah, you're pretty amazing Alex. Keep up the good work."

Kronos spoke calmly hiding his intention to be seen by Alex as a cool God that wanted his child to be motivated. The two then chatted for a while as they weren't been able to since Alex began his hunting in the dungeon.

Kronos also took noticed that Alex was itching to test out his power. With how fast his abilities were growing, it would be a waste not to take the momentum.

After finishing his breakfast, Alex bade farewell to Kronos and left the cafe.

"Its time to purchase some supplies."

Alex muttered as he ran straight to Babel. "As I made a decent valis, It's about time to sort through my weapons."

Alex mumbled to himself while running thinking about the daggers he were throwing in the dungeon. As he always pick those after the fights, the weapons were still in his possession even it was all greatly damaged already but he still felt that the numbers were not enough.

With that in mind, Alex continued his way to the Southward on North Main. On his way, Alex noticed that the street was really busy on this time as well even it was already night time.

Alex arrived at the front gate of the Tower of Babel. Gate might not really the best word to describe it because the ground floor of the tower has many arches all the way around the circumference, to allow any number of the adventurers to enter from any direction to any time.

Passing through the nearest arch, a pale blue and white lobby opens up in front of Alex.

"Its really exciting to visit the fourth floor again but unlike before, I'm not just here to sightsee."

The first floor of the tower is a massive lobby while the second floor is the community center. Passing to the third floor where an automotive exchange machine was located, Alex took an elevator from there.

In no time, Alex reached his destination, the fourth floor of the tower. The entire floor is filled with weapon and armor shops. Alex was excited to see, looking at the sharp and shiny things.

"Its kind of amazing to think that all the shops from the fourth floor to the eighth floor of the tower belongs to the Hephaestus Familia."

Alex had an admiring expression looking around the weapons and armors on display.

"Well aside from that, the weapons here are sure expensive as hell."

Alex muttered dejectedly looking at a cool sword with a price tag of 20 million valis. Turning around, he saw a magnificent spear with a price tag of 35 million valis.

"Hyyst. It really hurts my eyes seeing those numbers."

Alex made a sigh thinking that he had made a lot of money yesterday but compared to the prices of the weapons here, he was poor. Very...very poor.

"Yosh! Then let's go to the next floor."

Taking the elevator again, Alex arrived on a floor that are filled with shops just like the fourth floor. Swords, spears, halberds, axe, war hammers, bow, shields and many other pieces of equipment were on display at all shops on the wide floor.

The only difference on this floor from the forth floor is, there are more customers here than the floor below. Looking around, Alex made a smile glancing at a shield that is priced at 7,000 Valis.

Seeing this, Alex felt better that he could buy something here unlike those products that is priced by millions.

Unlike the fourth floor that solds the equipments made by master smiths, this floor sells the works of the younger smiths or new smiths to get valuable experience. Also, this place allows Low Class Adventurers (Level 1 adventurers) who were low on terms of money, could purchase affordable weapons that they could use in the dungeons.

Alex could also guess that this is also a marketing strategy by the Hephaestus Familia because when adventurers level up, they became regulars at that shop to buy higher level weapons.

If an adventurer remembers the smith's name, the smith would have a chance to get a new client. Very talented smiths but unpolished blacksmiths can be hidden in the roughness of this business, just waiting for an adventurer with an eye of quality to find them.

Alex strolled for a while at the floor and he found some weapons that interested him. Just like what his purpose is, this set of daggers that is at 15 inches caught his attention.

The daggers were placed inside a box like it was being set aside. There is also a price tag on the bottom of the box telling that each daggers were priced at 3,500 valis. Out of curiosity, Alex grabbed a single dagger from the box.

No flashy colors or fancy decorations. It's a simple dagger but Alex could tell that it was made by good materials and was forged into a fine quality.

"The weight is just right and it felt comfortable in my hands."

Alex mumbles as he attempted to swing the dagger a couple of times. Flipping it around, Alex saw the maker's signature engraved at it. 'Welf Krozzo.'

"Welf Krozzo, I'll remember that. It's seems like its the smith I'll be looking from now on."

Alex muttered with a thoughtful expression.

"I'll take atleast four of these."

Alex said with a satisfied expression. As he was about to move at the counter to pay, he saw a short sword at the bottom of the box with the same maker's engraved signature at the price of 5,000 valis. As it was within his budget, Alex decided to take it as well to be his main weapon while the daggers were set as secondary and for his teleportation marks.

After making his way to the counter and paying for the items, Alex felt like he was stabbed by a sharp blade seeing that he had spent more than half of his yesterday's income.

To see his hard worked money deplete very fast, it hurts his chest. To shake such thoughts away, Alex simply brainwashed himself that it was worth it because it was for his future.

"I still have to buy potions. Urgh! ! ! My money."

Alex gritted his teeth at the thought of losing his money again but buying potion was a must as he knew the danger of the dungeon. Exiting the Tower of Babel, Alex made his way to a Familia used to be well known as the Blue Pharmacy to save the last bits of his money.

After buying all the potions he needed at the Miach Familia with all his remaining money, Alex returned home and went to sleep thinking that he had no more money left.

Waking up in the morning, Alex bade Kronos a farewell as he made his way to the dungeon to continue his adventure again. To save time, Alex's body turned into a crimson flash instantly appearing at the second floor where he had been ambushed before by hundreds of monsters.

"Let's make our way to the third floor."

As Alex made his decision, hundreds of shadows appeared before him.

"Again?"

Alex's face turned serious seeing the arrival of more than hundreds of kobolds and goblins. As he was about to charge, he noticed several different monsters in the ground.

"A dungeon lizard?"

Information about the dungeon lizards immediately came into his mind. A brown quadrupedal lizard monster with sucker discs on its feet. Attacks by climbing walls and jumping down at people, preferably from ambush.

"Heh, sending many dungeon lizard will not change things."

Alex sneered as his hands moved forming different hand signs.

"Fire Style: Phoenix Sage Fire!"

Alex created a volley of small fireballs, which are sent flying in an unpredictable manner assaulting the monsters in front of him. With the mind potions in his backpack, he didn't need to hold back.

Gripping the short sword in his hand, a smile was formed in his face as he charged to the horde.
