As the drop of blood touched my back it was like nothing I had ever felt before, I wouldn't be able to explain it to you, except for the small pricking pain and the warmth, every other feeling was a new experience.

Soon it was over, and the small amount of disappointment at the feeling of disappearing was soon replaced with the euphoric feeling of getting stronger, my strength may not have increased but something had changed, it was like an instinctual feeling telling me.

As I was recovering from my euphoric state, Miach was looking at my status which he had copied onto a piece of paper.

He was completely frozen, he stood there for a few minutes before slowly recovering.

"What in the name of all the gods." Was all he said before turning to look at me.

"I have never seen a status like this from a new level 1 adventurer before." He told me, and he then handed me the piece of paper with my status.

Inferna(passive): Gives you a body made from fire which makes you practically immune to any and all physical attacks, it also allows you to produce a huge amount of flames which you have full control over, the temperature of these flames are determined by the amount of magic used poured into the flames this can be done both in the body and outside.

Unburnt And Unbroken: Makes you immune to fire of any kind you can additionally absorb flames that aren't yours and use them to recover some magic.

Burn Bright: the growth rate of your magic stat is enhanced by an unspecified amount, as long as fire is used.

Looking at my stats I was stunned, I mean I knew I haven't really explored my abilities fully but to think that not only could I control my flames but also absorb other flames, that would mean that on floors with fire on them I could practically just keep unleashing flames, just had to get down there first.

Increased growth for my magic rate by use of fire was just the cherry on top, and let's not get started on my development ability, it was basically the world telling me to use my flames almost nonstop in the dungeon, even though it would mean that my other stats would be left in the dust by my magic stat.

But I will cross that bridge when I get to it.

Looking up from the paper to Miach the only thing I could do was give a wry smile.

"Well, what can I say? I knew about the fire body and all, but the rest is just as big a shock to me as it is to you," I told Miach, I still had a goofy smile on my face as I said so.

"From now on I forbid you from telling anyone about your status except me and Naaza unless I give you permission to, is that understood?" Miach asked in a tone of voice I hadn't heard before, it was a combination between worry and demand.

"Yes I understand I wasn't really planning on it anyway," I answered him quickly.

"Well let's lock your status so that others won't get a glimpse by accident," Miach told me.

He quickly locked my status, and I put my shirt on again.

"Well, what plans do you have now young Ignis?" Miach asked.

"Hmm nothing, I wanted to get some equipment for the dungeon, a weapon, and some more resilient clothes, since armor won't really do anything for me I planned on getting something light," I told him my plans.

"Well, why don't we go shopping together as a Familia it would also allow you to get to Naaza a bit," Miach asked me.

"Ahh. I would like that" I answered with a smile.

"Great let us go get Naaza then," he said a little loudly, as soon as he finished his sentence we both heard a quick scrambling outside the door to which we both gave a quick laugh.

As such we headed into town to do some shopping.
