"Damian stop standing there, go and show these gentlemen where they will keep the luggage.". Aunty Paula said as she had noticed the mood or should I say the atmospheric condition of the house at the moment, the house was already tense. So I went inside while the men followed me and Cynthia followed me as well."

"Sir, why are you still standing, why not find a place to sit? Make yourself comfortable and sit on one of these chairs."

Aunty Paula said, she tried to calm the tension in the house.

"The owner of the house is yet to ask me to sit, so I will rather stand."

Dad said.

"Oh, you may stand oo, because I am definitely not asking you to go sit with my mouth."

Mom announced.

"Ok then, standing is what I will, and I will even do that with pride, after all, I am practicing the art of standing, so it will be a treasure to me."

Dad said.

I was so lucky that I hesitated if not I just don't know what would have happened, mom might break or even get mad at me.

"Hey! Will you come and sit here? What were you thinking of? Sitting with him? Are you normal?"

Mom asked and I quickly rushed to where she sat and sit down.

"Hmm... It is not a competition my dear, so do not see me as a rival my dear Juliet". 

Dad said.

"What? Who sees you as a competitor to me? Competing over what? My son? Even though it is true, you know that there is no way that you can stand a chance between me and my son, there is no way he can ever pick you over me."

Mom said, and dad only smiled, the smile wore a meaning, which could be, 'do not push your luck,' For a fact, there is no way I could pick dad over mom, but still, I will not deny the fact that the urge and feelings I get whenever he is around is very strong, and it is way beyond human explanation. I love mom so much, she had been the one I have always loved, I can't trade her for anything of anyone, but I must confess that I was a bit confused that day, the feelings were new and strange, and with that it was kind of uncontrollable, and dad could have taken advantage of that at that moment if he wanted to, well, thank God he never had plans for that, though it was part of his plans, he wanted it to be in a slow process.

So dad said.
