It's reads like a 90 action sitcom on acid. It might not be a serious story, but once you realize that it's not meant to be serious, it's like those kids shows we all used to view and watch. Dramatic overconfident weakling villains who get beat up by the superhero like good guys that slowly seem to form their own superhero team. To me the composition of the story reminds me of the Big Bag Beetle Borgs, and some of the other americanised power ranger shows. The MC, ends up with the boosted gear which essential makes him the red unit of every power ranger type show that is the leader, and Sirzechs the conceited all powerful villain that has no idea what he's up against. Add in some funky and matching dialog and you can bet your ass that if you approach it like a 90s sitcom on acid, you will be entertained. I initially expected something serious aimed at 16 plus with a light dose of comedy at most like the series this is a fanfic from. As a result, I was hung up on whether to drop it or not untill I realised this really was just like those kids shows i used to watch. A bit funky but ultimately funny when you get rid of that serious mindset you got stuck in. So if you just wanna read something funny and light hearted, this story is a decent read to switch things up every now nad then. I hope the author keeps writing it. I don't know if the story was intended the way I came to view it but that doesn't mean it's not fun to read. Ultimately tough, I recommend the author to just write what he or she likes to regardless of what people say or how they view it. So have fun!
