Early next morning, Jun Xie was surprised to see a carriage waiting outside of his house.

He had made plans to meet up with Yang Xi Ruo to head to the shop, but he had thought that they would meet up at the shop instead of her coming to pick him up like this. After all, one couldn't just expect someone with Yang Xi Ruo's status to do something like this.

When he came out, he found that there were guards that were at the gate of his house.

When these guards saw him, they all looked at him with glares which immediately made him shrink back. After all, all of these guards were in the Embryo Soul Realm and were much stronger than him.

But Yang Xi Ruo came out of the carriage to save him from his predicament.

Seeing him like this, she revealed a smile and took him by the hand as she pulled him into the carriage while saying, "Let's go!"
