the restoration pill
now adam could be seen performing magic as red dark flames hovered in front of him and various herbs were juggling like balls at high speed . the essence of the herbs were drained quickly and all of them suddenly transformed into waste dregs . suddenly the natural aroma of herbs that could be sniffed in the room easily before disappeared just as the dregs were thrown away from the fire.

in truth adam was just extracting the essence of each herb perfectly by squeezing them at the right temperatures in his both hands . he didnt fear the burns from fire as his control over his pill fire was at the level of instinct so he could disregard the temperature at the right time always and extract the essence in the smallest time frame possible . his speed was just too fast so it looked like that he refined every herb together at the same time. now this was the work of a master .
next step was combining the essence in the best possible ratio to concot pills and not to waste any essence in the process . a normal refiner would waste much essence at this process so his success rate was just too low but adam who was in control of everything didnt waste any essence and the solution was ready . now he started to form the pills while maintaining the right temperatures at every turn to heat the essences perfectly . in about 4 minutes pill shapes started to form and there were a total of 9 . this was the indication that now adam just had to complete the process without mishaps and the product will be of top quality . again the aroma that was way more condense than before started filling the room and seconds late adam retracted his flames back . the nine ping pong ball shaped pills dropped lightly inside a white jade bottle which adam was holding with his right hand .he closed the lid and sweat started flowing from his body .
the seemingly easy procedure was in fact at the level way beyond of a professional so the mental power adam used was too much as it was his first time after all . the other fact was that he was just a 2nd level foundation realm cultivator even though way stronger than others at the same level . this process which didnt use a cauldron required way more mental energy and qi despite being many times faster . so adam was now drained but smile from satisfaction didnt leave his face . he was sure that in future the pill concocting process would be much easier as he got the hang of it now .
the pills that were concocted just now were the restoration pills which was a way more difficult challenge than low level spiritual pills that only used a few ingredients and were much easy to extract the essence . now Adam's mind was only filled with satisfaction as he stored the jade bottle inside his inventory . but right after that he fell asleep and his standing body dropped on the ground with a thud ! it was understandable as yesterday after awakening his pill fire adam was using to mind at full speed to got through the experience of successful pill refinement again and again to boost his confidence .
after an hour when sun was getting ready to set Adam's heavy eyelids opened and he shot up immediately. he was a little embarrassed as he realised that he had fallen asleep so started scratching the back of his head . after a while he noticed the dregs lying on the ground near him so he used a little qi to carry them outside the house in the air with ease .a foundation cultivator had much free rule on their qi than qi refinement ones who could only use the qi stored inside their body for quick attacks .
he then decided to let uncle han consume a pill tomorrow as he was just going to bath now and then will sleep through the night . he hadn't slept much after tasting the sweet flavour of getting stronger quickly after coming in this world and started cultivating .so today his mental power was used considerably that caused his mind to feel heavy and the strong urge to sleep and recover the lost mental energy .
